I ordered a Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino, but what I received didn’t have any cookie crumbles at all. When I went back to clarify, I was told it was the same drink, just blended. However, it clearly wasn’t what I ordered — there were no visible cookie crumbles, and it didn’t taste the same either.
What was more disappointing was that I wasn’t offered a fresh replacement or a proper explanation, even after pointing it out politely. I usually love Starbucks and its service service, but this experience was quite frustrating.

The two women who worked there this morning (11/21/21) were so sweet and helpful! The barista who made our drinks, which were both a little complicated, made them so perfect and delicious and the cashier was really helpful with assisting my friend in figuring out what he wanted and taking the time to look for the apple syrup. Also, it’s really rare that I actually get the whipped cream on the pumpkin latte and she made that happen. Definitely appreciate the crew at this Starbucks.

I love this location! Staff is so very friendly and just awesome! I pull into the drive thru and they know my name and my order and often say pull forward we got you! My drink is always right and I have a complicated order! Thanks crew you guys are doing a great job!!

I’ve gone to this Starbucks for years and I am a huge fan of coffee. This has been by far the best and most consistent Starbucks I’ve ever been to. They nail it every single time. Even when there are new employees they still get it right everytime. I travel around a lot and have been to a ton of Starbucks and sad to say that most of them don’t do nearly as well making coffee as the Salida team does. I actually kinda gave up on going to other Starbucks all together. Maybe coffee just tasts better at 7,083 feet. Salida Starbucks is killing it and anytime I’m in Salida I go there. Wish they all were the taste and quality that the Salida Starbucks is. The Employees there are super awesome and very efficient. It does suck when they don’t have the staff they need because they have had weird hours in the past which is just a common deal for a lot of other businesses in the area.

Really horrible customer service. Made my coffee wrong. I was kind and asked to remake it. They were Not friendly. Remade it. Forgot to make my food. I Was nice. They were not friendly. They made it. The second drink they made was not the quality it always is. I asked them about it and to just give me something else (less expensive) they said I’d have to pay. We’re not friendly. Told me I was wrong and that it was not made incorrectly. I will never go here again. It’s not the Starbucks quality you’re used to. Go to Tony’s, Bunny’s, Topo or Howl in Salida. Way better service and quality.

Absolutely.Mind blowing that this place.It’s not competent enough to staff someone at seven o’clock in the morning.. the two employees there just simply disappear for thirty minute intervals at a time. And when they return no apology for being missing, just arrogant.

Super nice employees but not enough staff for the volume of customers. I paid four dollars for tepid coffee and I’m not going to wait ten minutes to have it remade. Coffee bust. Sadness.
