Drove over 40 minutes to try it and the commute was absolutely worth it! We went on a Sunday so there was a little bit of wait but once we got to our table and the waitress took our order the food came out super fast. Everything was so fresh and tasty. Will definitely come back. As my kids said 10 out of 10.

We really like it here, their food is delicious and affordable. I had the salsa verde chilaquiles for $12.86. The coffee and matcha are good but on the sweeter side. Service is super fast, we had our food out in like 5-10 min after Magdalena took out order! Overall super yummy and affordable.

Fri 11/21/2025 & Sat 11/22/2025- I was finally able to get in!!! I enjoyed it soo much that I went back the following day with my husband. Friday for lunch I had the plato de guisado w/rice, beans, cookie croissant and the horchata. OMG this so tasty! Everything was fresh and homemade. It reminded me of my grandma’s cooking.
I actually called in my order, because I was not planning to waiting in line, but to my surprise when I arrived they had plenty of available seating.
Raul was kind enough to offer to plate my meal, so I could enjoy it in house. That was awesome!
On Saturday, I took my husband to try it and he also enjoyed his meal. He had breakfast tacos with a cup of abuelita chocolate. I had the veggie omelet and a cup of their cafe de olla. Everything was delicious and we will definitely be back to try more menu items. I feel everything is fairly priced, great vibes, and their portions are more than enough. Friendly/welcoming staff
I’ll have to come back and review this place. I went during lunch about 11:15 and it was packed. It was also difficult to find parking. The line was long and it looks like you have to wait in line to order your food before you get seated. A long wait is not in the cards for me during the week. I’ll try to come back at a later time. I really want to try the food and drinks to see if it’s worth the hype. They do have patio seating and it’s located on the corner of Lake June and St. Augustin Rd. in Pleasant Grove.

Food was great. The line to order and pay was weird and long. Chairs are very uncomfortable. The café de olla was ok. Coffee was dark and hidden under alot of sugar, which I guess is as expected. The chilaquiles verdes were great. My egg was over cooked I ask for Sunnyside up and received fried hard. Barbacoa was good and asado was the start highly recommend the asada. Overall great experience.

Was visiting Dallas from Houston for work and we came across this spot. The staff was very attentive. The Gorditas were very good! The desebrada was spicy good. The rajas con queso were not spicy but really good. Loved the Mexico authentic atmosphere
When we come back to visit we will definitely be back to Cielito Lindo.

Amazing spot! The food was fresh, authentic, and full of flavor. Everything we ordered came out hot and tasted homemade. The service was friendly and fast, and the atmosphere felt welcoming and comfortable. You can tell they really care about quality and making sure customers have a great experience. Definitely one of the best Mexican spots around. I’ll for sure be coming back and recommending it to friends and family.

From the moment I walked into Cielito Lindo, the customer service was absolutely amazing. The staff was so welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind — you can truly feel the warmth as soon as you step inside.
The food was incredible — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully made. Everything tasted authentic and full of love. And the Biscoff coffee? SO good. It was the perfect mix of sweet and rich, and honestly one of the best specialty coffees I’ve had.
What truly made this place special, though, are the sweet owners . Their kindness and hospitality go far beyond expectations. It’s rare to find a restaurant that not only serves amazing food but also leads with such heart and generosity.

Food was absolutely amazing, server was very attentive. I enjoyed everything about the place, my drink came out super fast, and then not even 5 minutes later my food came out. The food was so good it reminded me of my moms cooking. I totally recommend and wished I lived in dallas so I could keep enjoying this cafe.

Cielito Lindo has some of the best service you could ask for. Everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming. During our brunch, the owner personally came out to check on us and make sure we had everything we needed, which made the experience feel very special.
Our server was polite and attentive, even bringing us flowers to take home, along with complimentary wine. The entire experience was phenomenal, and that’s before even mentioning how amazing the food was. Highly recommend!
