The worst restaurant in all of Chicago, it should be shut down! Unbelievable that Hyatt allows something like this inside their property. The food and service are absolutely disgusting, ruining the good name of the hotel. I’ve been to many bad places, but this one takes the prize—if I could, I’d give it zero stars. Hyatt, get rid of this place now!

Breakfast was included with our room and we weren’t sure we’d even go but we are so glad we did. High quality food and service. Maria was who showed us to our table everyday and she was lovely and all our different waiters throughout our stay were awesome. One day there was a long line and we weren’t sure we’d go, but the line went quick and service was outstanding. Definitely worth the money even if not included in your room.

Overall, the experience left much to be desired. The restaurant appeared understaffed, and while the team was clearly working hard during a busy service, it impacted both attentiveness and friendliness. While the food arrived promptly, the quality fell short— the smoked chicken was served cold and lacked tenderness, and the lemon pepper calamari was overly chewy with little flavor payoff. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend based on this visit.

I ordered the Baked Texas Toast. Some of the best French toast I’ve had in a long time! Eggs were perfect, chicken sausage flavorful — I can’t believe this came from a hotel restaurant.

Just stopped by here for a drink and chat with a friend. It is a nice atmosphere and the drinks are well made. They could not make everything we wanted (couldn’t make a Penicillin or Rusty Nail) but what we had was delicious.

When we arrived it was pretty quiet. We were seated immediately and over comes Vanessa (The best waitress). We had a great time with her. Before I get into the food let me just say Vanessa made the best Cosmopolitans ever!!! Goodness. One is quite enough.
Food was typical hotel food. I would eat it to avoid having to leave the hotel. We ordered the following
– Lobster Rolls ( cold lobster) fair. It was my first time and I don’t think I like it.
-Reubens she liked
-Fish and chips she liked.
Some handsome man came over to our table and dropped money to cover our drinks. How cool!!!

We came here while visiting to use a hotel dining credit. We weren’t starving but ordered some food and drinks to use up the credit. I had the poke bowl and my significant other had the pork belly bahn mi. The food was just fine. Nothing wrong with it but overpriced, even with the credit, and a bit lacking in flavor and quality. We had some wine and beer as well. What is interesting about this hotel is that it has several restaurants and many areas for conferences. It would be convenient to have so many dining options on site if you are at a work conference or meeting because this hotel is a little pit of the way.

We stayed at the Hyatt so eating here was easy for us. We had no wait time securing a table and the staff was very welcoming.
Our food was served fresh, fast and with the friendliest waiter I’ve had in years. Mohammed (Sonjai?) said he had worked there for 31 years. He was such a delight and ensured we had the best experience! We throughly enjoyed our time. We will be back!

I was staying at the Hyatt for a conference (late October) and came here for a late lunch with zero expectations, but it ended up being a nice surprise! I started with a Caramel Apple Martini and it was delicious! So i just had to have a second one. I ordered the Herb Roasted Half Chicken, with a side salad and fries, and it was great too.

A little disappointing. It is more like a big sports bar. It was not busy when I was there but the service was slow. At one point I thought I had been forgotten. I ordered the stir fry with salmon and was again a little disappointed. The salmon was overcooked and I was not expecting 2/3 of my meal to be white rice.
