Went to eat a late lunch yesterday. First thing that greater me was the smell of paint. I understand the place was recently opened but the odor was a little much.
The atmosphere however was clean and inviting. The staff was very friendly. The complimentary chips and salsa were tasty and different from your normal Mexican resturaunts.
My wife had the dinner sampler and myself the street tacos. I thought the street tacos were amazing and ingredients were fresh. My wife’s burrito and enchilada tasted good, nothing to really rave about. The sides on the other hand were not so great. Maybe it is just me not knowing authentic Mexican food but the refried beans were like puree beans. Appeared to be can beans. The rice was very bland without any flavor.
In all it was a good lunch, and the food was ok. I would go there again but this place didn’t WOW me.

Went to this awesome little gem last week. We were actually the only customers there at the time but the server who may have been the owner was very nice and helpful. The food was hot and came out quick. My boyfriend got the dinner quesadilla and I got the Pollo Hawaiian. Both were very good. I would definitely get the Pollo Hawaiian again, it was a little spicy but has amazing flavor and topped with pineapple. The only thing I would have changed was with the dinner quesadilla they served a lot of the sides and the actual quesadilla was kind of small. Other than that it was amazing!

Great food and very friendly staff. Prices were great for the portion and quality. Will definitely be back. The Bacon-Wrapped Stuffed Jalapeños made a great appetizer and the Shrimp & Crab Burrito was a great entree. Can’t wait to try more of the food!

We went there for our anniversary excited to try it out. Turned out to be a great experience, went in with high hopes and left happy. The food was delicious, way better than any other local Mexican restaurants I have tried. Service was quick and food was affordable. Definitely want to go back sometime soon.

The BEST Mexican food in the county! My daughter and I tend to be picky, but we were not disappointed tonight! Everything is fresh, and tastes great. The service is perfect. No complaints at all. We got a crab quesedilla, and it was LOADED with real crab. The bacon wrapped, cheese stuffed jalepenos are amazing, and so is the flan. We will definitely be returning!!

Ordered food to go and was so disappointed. If we had stayed to eat there we would’ve returned the food. The hard taco was put in the same container as a burrito covered in sauce so it was so sorry it couldn’t even be picked up. The chicken in the burrito was far from shredded. There was a chunk of a quarter of a breast right in the middle of the burrito. The red sauce tasted like burnt tomato paste. The enchilada sauce was worse. The taco had big pieces of hearts of romaine rather than shredded lettuce. My son wouldn’t even eat the Mexican pizza. He took one bite and spit it out. It was seriously disappointing. The wait staff was amazing though. She even brought the food outside to us. She was so nice.

The hostess was not very attentive. We were seated at a table where water was dripping from a vent in the ceiling and had to ask to be moved.
Returned a second time for a to go order of queso. The hostess brought out the container and then returned to the kitchen to get complimentary chips and salsa. Upon arriving home we discovered she had switched out the larger container of queso for an extremely tiny one and still charged us the $4 for the larger size. Not a huge deal..just a small annoyance since we ordered it to go with a family meal.

BEST Mexican in Morehead City by far. Food was authentic and fresh, wait staff on point. Drinks WELL made. The bacon wrapped Jalapenos stuffed with cheese simply outstanding. Shrimp and crab burritos on point, made with real crab.Can’t wait to go back.

Oh my goodness…. Poor service and not good food. Very unorganized, server and cook seemed to be doing both jobs. Service was disjointed. Had to ask for a napkin and utensils. The server I swear would bring one single item at a time so with other tables, getting food, utensils, napkin, water refill, another cup of salsa had to be brought out one at a time.. It was exhausting to witness. And I had a seafood burrito that looked like a 10 year old made with not good rice.
