Should have looked at reviews first.
$20 for bland hospital food that doesn’t even closely resemble which pictured on the menu. This is a picture of the French toast platter. It tastes how it looks. Fresh market aesthetic with “classic fare + local flavor” feels like a sorry ruse.

Grits were served with a melted plastic drink top under tin foil. The foil expedited the plastic melting and is not food safe. The improper serving container spilled all over my daughter’s hand causing burns. The employee was unkind and lacked any form of hospitality. This location needs a corporate review, updated training and food safe serving guidelines.

To avoid someone else getting burnt after I originally posted this review I decided to ask for a manager. Tracy came over & was very kind. She refunded the order & I shared my concerns. She was kind and attentive. Hopefully customer service issues & supply issues can be rectified.

Well.. I should have reviewed before stepping into this mine. Think of the worst French toast you can make.. think… but this one is worse than your wild dreams. It’s like eating a dry piece of paper hiding in your great grandfathers attic. Shame !

Horrible. On the day after Christmas as we walked to our gate in ATL airport, we went into this place to buy a sandwich and chips. We paid by self-checkout and kept getting a message to choose a beverage. We did not want a beverage. Two attendants were standing RIGHT IN FRONT OF US and ignored our repeated requests for assistance. Not even looking at us, one muttered, “Hit escape.” We tried that, and it brought us back to the very same menu and would not let us check out and pay. Finally one of the two sauntered around the counter and helped us complete the transaction. They were the very important not of rudeness. Wild horses would not drag me back to buy a sandwich at this place again.

Very memorable experience because that was one of the worst breakfasts I’ve ever had. I wish I looked up the reviews before spending $18 on weakly made platter of dry eggs and wet bread. Asked for a cup of ice because the coffee is scalding hot and was told I’d have to buy an iced coffee if I wanted ice to cool my coffee with. Just shut the place down.

You literally cannot order anything on their menu. They have a whole menu that looks great… full breakfast platter with pancakes, bacon, eggs… but you cant order it. There is literally about 3 things on their menu that you can actually order through their kiosk. The menu is on a TV so theres no excuse not to change it or even just turn it off. Finally ended up ordering a breakfast sandwich through the kiosk(not on the menu) and it was terrible. I fly through this airport twice a week and finally checked it out only to be disappointed. Poor girl who just works at the front looked so embarrassed when she told me their menu is basically to be ignored. Never left a bad review on a restaurant but this place left such a bad taste in my mouth(literally) that I am never coming here again and encourage others to look for another place to eat in the terminal.

Granted this is an airport but for the price you would like your food to look presentable and tasty. The French toast platter is a joke. In your take out plate, you get 1 piece of heavily soak bread in manufactured egg batter sliced in 6 strips. 3 strips of bacon (very good) and the manufactured eggs that is not cooked properly so you have strips, chunks and scrambled bits thrown in as if it’s a bonus to the meal. Overall appearance is gag worthy unless you are famished and they one of the few spots smoking that early in the morning near your gate. On the receipt it asks for your opinion, just follow the qr code that is conveniently not placed on the receipt. Think they know how they’re doing. Never again.

We were through and needed a quick bite. I asked 3 ladies if they were still open and was mocked for asking and it was apparent they didnt want to help as they mocked others to for not using the kiosk . I am allergic to bacon and asked how to remove and it was an act of congress and alot of annoyance from the staff to makenit happen. There was literally no other people at 820 on Monday night. The food was good, not worth $50 for 2 sandwiches and drinks. I get long days and such but that’s no excuse to be unkind Kindness matters.

Worse than garbage. Breakfast sandwich on wet hamburger bun. And it took 43 minutes. I realize it’s an airport but airports are supposed to not be slower than sit down

No humans to place an order; all touchscreen. There are humans working, but they don’t look at you to assist with your order. They just mindlessly fill orders off their screens. Can’t pick your bagel type. Wanted a breakfast sandwich on a bagel, but the touchscreen cannot do that. Only brioche.

Food was OK, brioche bun was soft & fresh. The egg and sausage patties appeared and tasted like the frozen pre-prepared kind that is microwaved, but they were good for what they are.

I don’t mind order terminals / kiosks vs. humans, but they need to be well programmed – and you need at least one employee that watches over them to assist customers.
