We came to eat here on Halloween. Presentation was amazing. Unfortunately it looked better than it tasted. The sushi rolls were mid. I wouldn’t come here again. I feel like the place is over hype. The service was not there. The dessert was the most disappointing. Don’t ever get the fried ice cream. It was absolutely disgusting.

First time eating here, did dine-in at the bar during lunch hours and was very satisfied! Service and food was great, I had the Salmon Skin Salad and Osaka House roll. Even the small side of pickled cucumber was excellent.

It does get a little noisy because of the open layout (there was a large party seated behind me, plus a few smaller parties), but I was relieved they weren’t trying to play tv audio on top of the music.

Definitely plan to come back with friends!

I’m from San Bernardino and have always had to travel far to get ramen. Luckily I easily have a go to spot to get my ramen fix! This place has a peaceful ambience to it and served great ramen and sushi. The staff was nice and I instantly wanted to come again for a date night! Highly recommend coming here for a date night or a nice lunch.

Honestly, this place is such a hidden gem in San Bernardino. The staff is super nice and quick, and the food is seriously delicious. I’ve been here a few times with my family, and it’s always a great meal without spending a ton. The vibe is really nice too — clean bathrooms, cool decor, and big TVs with the game on. So glad this spot is close to home. You’ve gotta check it out!

This does NOT LOOK LIKE SEAWEED NOR DID IT FEEL LIKE IT. The menu even says the bowl shouldn’t have seaweed in it, bullshit explanation. When I paid and they had the audacity to still give me a tab, I asked the waiter how it even got into the food if it’s not an ingredient. She said she didn’t know. I didn’t want to escalate the situation either so I paid and left.
My partners food experience “I really wanted to enjoy this place, but my experience was pretty disappointing. While eating my ramen, I found what looked very clearly like a long piece of hair tangled in noodles and pork. When I brought it up to the staff, they told me it was “seaweed,” but it didn’t look or feel anything like seaweed — it looked like hair or some kind of string but most definitely hair from when I picked at it .

Instead of taking the issue seriously, they brushed it off, which made the situation feel even worse. Finding something like that in your food is already gross, but being dismissed on top of it is really frustrating. They even said they’d take it out and bring me the bowl back which is INSANE.

I won’t be coming back, and I hope they improve their food handling and customer service.”

While I wanted to enjoy the meal with them it turned into an embarrassing moment, apart from that the quick loss of appetite. It’s a shame this was our first time here and it turned into this. Be mindful with each bite and hopefully this doesn’t happen to anyone in the future.

Reply/Update:
Thanks for responding. I want to clarify a few things, because the experience was more upsetting than your reply suggests.

First, we never claimed that you removed something from the bowl and served it back. What actually happened was that the waiter mentioned the option of taking the object out and returning the bowl — according to my partner, who was the one speaking with them. We declined that because it didn’t feel safe or appropriate. You did not give the bowl back to us, but that option was offered.

Second, the way the situation unfolded was honestly embarrassing. When we brought the bowl up, instead of receiving reassurance or a clear explanation, we were quickly told it was “seaweed,” even though seaweed isn’t part of the miso ramen ingredients. The object wasn’t shown to us again, nor were we told how it was determined that it wasn’t hair. There was no real explanation, and no steps taken to reassure us.

My partner’s face literally felt hot from embarrassment sitting there — it felt like we were being treated as if we were overreacting or being dramatic, rather than customers with a legitimate food concern. The lack of transparency and reassurance made the entire situation uncomfortable and discouraging.

We also lost our appetite completely after that. It’s hard to keep eating when you don’t know what was actually in your food, and when your concern isn’t taken seriously.

Lastly, we were not offered a full refund or replacement — just the option to remove that one bowl from the tab. The issue wasn’t the refund itself. It was the dismissive way the concern was handled and the lack of clarity about what we actually found.

The item we found simply does not resemble ramen seaweed, and anyone looking at the photo can see that. We just wanted the issue acknowledged properly and handled with more care so we didn’t feel embarrassed or dismissed in the moment.

It was really good! 6.99$ for a California roll.. so bomb. I did have a situation where I asked for boba when i ordered but there was none in my drink when received, the manger/owner was walking around the whole time, when we flagged him down, he fixed it so quickly which I really appreciated! Made my anniversary dinner smooth and enjoyable

Every dish we got was absolutely tasty and delicious. The service was quick and friendly. The restaurant was clean and well lit. Prices are reasonable. I would definitely go back here again. We ordered fried salmon skin salad, Udon soup, unagi, California rolls, calamari, Delicious!, edamame, fried ice cream, salmon carpaccio and mochi one Thai iced tea. Everything was superb. Our bill for four people was $128. They gave my grandson a dish of ice cream and come out with a wonderful birthday sign and sing Happy Birthday.

HAIR IN FOOD!! ⚠️ Don’t eat here! BEBARE ⚠️They try to reserve you the same bowl and throw away the hair. And play it off as seaweed (the bowl I ordered doesn’t INCLUDE Seaweed) LOOK AT PICTURES!!

This was our first time coming here and our LAST!! I was eating my ramen bowl and saw BLACK hair in the bowl, I DONT HAVE BLACK HAIR. The ramen bowl I got is supposed to not include seaweed. And the lady there told me it was seaweed and try to give me the same bowl and quote on quote “we took out the seaweed for you and we can give you back your bowl or refund”. Like keep in mind why would they take out the seaweed? Or give the option for refund if it was only seaweed?

These people are disgusting. Don’t give your money to these people they treat you like pigs and throw you back trash/slop to save more in their pockets. They don’t wear hairnets neither which is already a red flag. And take out hair from bowls and will try to serve it back to you ⚠️!!
