Edit: been coming to the same one for a few weeks now the two regular employees are flipping amazing. They always get my order started before I even say anything and it always taste good no problems just continued amazement!

As a loyal jersey mikes customer I was disappointed by the Concord location. I was driving by the exit so I got off the highway to get a sub. I’m writing this review right after leaving the store. I ordered a #9 and the slicer making my sub put the most minimal amount of meat on the sub and when I asked for more he said that “it would be an upcharge” after only putting 3 small slices of turkey and 3 small slices of roast beef on my sub? The portion size was very underwhelming compared to any other Jersey mikes. I’m paying a good amount for my sub and I would hope to get my values worth but unfortunately that didn’t happen here.

I am writing this review to express my disappointing experience at this particular Jersey Mike’s. On December 31, 2025, I placed an online order for one hot and one cold item. Upon entering the establishment, I was not greeted by the two gentlemen on duty. As my order was not visible in the designated pickup area, I inquired whether my order had been received. The manager confirmed that my hot sub was prepared, but I had to wait for the cold sub. The work area behind the counter was exceptionally unsanitary, with food, trash, and oil present all over the floor!!! I I understand that the staff likely experienced a demanding day. However, the inattention to detail was evident in the quality of my sandwich. Given the premium pricing for our sandwiches, I anticipate a level of craftsmanship and care in their preparation, rather than a hastily assembled product. Maybe the owner of the store should check in on his store. The Jersey Mikes in Tilton makes sufficient subs on a daily basis but I have never seen the store as bad as the one in Concord.

I’ve come here a few times. Staff is very nice however it’s always an hour plus event every time I order online and pick it up. I ordered a half hour before hand and it’s always a 25 to 30 minute wait after I get there. It’s very frustrating
