Let me preface by saying I am a born and raised Patersonian. Giovanni’s has been around since before I was born, there’s a reason for that. When I say Giovanni’s on Ellison has quite literally THE best pizza on the planet. No other pizzeria even comes close. Giovanni’s is what every other pizzeria strives to be. Their crust is thin and beautiful, crispy fresh out the oven. Their cheese? Idk what it is, but it is greater than you can even imagine. Their sauce??? Baby, don’t even get me started. It’s perfectly balanced, not too acidic, not too sweet, just right. I’m not a religious person, but if heaven exists, it’s Giovanni’s On Ellison. I literally love this place. I tell everyone about it. The ambience, the food, the service, everything is amazing.
