Place some mobile order online. When I arrive, they stated that my order was already picked up by someone else under the same name. I provided an email and confirmation that I’m placed to order 15 mins prior. The associate kept arguing with me stating that someone already picked it up. I told him that you must’ve given my food to someone else so that’s your problem. I need you to make mu order. They went ahead and made my order, but they gave me such a evil eye while preparing my food. This place is very unprofessional and they seems they only care about profit subway should just definitely close this location down.

don’t have a drive through if you can’t understand anything someone is saying and ask the same question ten times and still get it wrong. i have never been so frustrated ordering ♀️ this store could use an update for sure.ETA: ordering ahead online a kids meal comes with apple sauce and a juice (or milk). when asked at the window they refused to give a juice with the order and said it’s either apple sauce or juice. since when?? terrible customer service.

Short: Avoid this location because they’re ALWAYS CLOSED DURING BUSINESS HOURS!! Any business that goes out of their way to avoid customers is NOT a business you should to give your money to. The food is good for the most part but the customer service is absolutely abysmal!
Long: I used to really like this location but the customer service has ruined my experience permanently. First of all, this location NEVER honors their buisness hours, they either open up way later or close way earlier than they are supposed to, sometimes closed in the middle of the day. I went there Saturday night at 8:20 p.m. and they were already closed, even though they’re not supposed to close until 9:30 p.m. well over an hour after they actually closed. The staff never wants to work and do their jobs, they often are conversating amongst other employees, on their phones, or hiding from customers trying to appear closed. Food ingredients are mostly fresh but the way they’re handled is less than appealing, a lot of cross contamination going on here. The meats are decent and the cookies are rarely fresh but still decent. The restaurant always looks dusty, not as clean as you might see in other locations. There’s always hand prints, dust, and other debris all over the glass window for the food making it look foggy. I’ve only been a handful of times over the past year and every visit progressively got worse. Last night after them being closed over an hour early almost pushed me to the point of never giving Subway my business again but there are other locations and it wouldn’t be fair to not give them a chance. I decided to go to the North Point Blvd location near Food Lion and the Asian Bistro, and I was pleasantly surprised. Despite it being so late they had all fresh ingredients, tender juicy meat, loaded my sandwich up, had great customer service, everything was neat and clean and they were actually open until 9:30 p.m. like they’re supposed to be, I was so pleasantly surprised! I’ll likely never go back to the Reynolda Rd location solely due to the terrible customer service. I would advise anyone thinking about eating here to steer clear and just go to ANY other Subway you can find and I guarantee you’ll have a much better experience. If you’re close by, I absolutely recommend the North Point Blvd location, you won’t be disappointed!

The only problem is that when you leave a tip on the machine when you pay with your card. SUBWAY keeps 50% of the tips. How could you do that to your employees. That’s basically stealing from your workers, who by the way are running the whole show, to me. Bring cash if you’re going to tips. They get to keep it all if it’s cash. Boo on you SUBWAY owners!!!

My work buddy and i have tried 2 other subway shops in the last couple of months and weren’t happy with any of them. Then we went and gave subway 1 more shot with the reynolda location. Jackpot. This place is much better. Staff is pleasant. Quick. Clean. No comparison. Go to reynolda subway next to cici pizza. We drive right by northpoint and rhe university by sams to get there. You wont regret it

I come to this location pretty often due to me living and working close by. Normally I get great service. However tonight the service was awful. When I walked in the 1st sandwich maker who was assisting a customer didn’t greet me or even look my way while I was waiting. The 2nd one who came from the back did the same. Didn’t greet me or apologize for me waiting. Once I got home I noticed that my bread was sliced all the way through. So when I picked up my sandwich a lot of toppings came off. Completely unacceptable especially when you pay $6+ for a 6 inch!

The 3 young ladies working lunch today were incredible. They were busy and worked together as an amazing team. They were all pleasant and had genuine smiles. Their system for managing drive thru while still paying attention to in store customers was a well oiled machine. Well done!
