I will never come here again and to be honest I want a refund. I ordered a sub through the app, which I normally don’t do but only did it because the buy one footlong get one free. I ordered both subs to include oil and vinegar. Now I NEVER had this issue, but idk if the guy soaked both subs in it but it felled apart and I tried to eat it but it was disgusting and soggy, so I trashed it.

Is there a such thing as no stars, this is ridiculous. Ordering on the app was lovely picking up my sandwich and opening the bag to see juice on the bag from what I don’t know cause I don’t get sauce except mayo, the bag has stains on it as if oils are on it. And the pic shows how the sandwich isnt wrapped properly and the sandwich is exposed before I even open it. This is my 2nd bad experience at this particular Subway so no way am I going there again.

I really regret stopping here. The two employees working were extremely rude to me, and yelled and cussed each other as I tried to get through the sandwich. I was the only customer present, so not busy, but they literally turned their backs on me when I asked for a napkin. The guy walked into the kitchen, and the girl left the counter. It was a crazy experience!

Both workers spoke so softly I couldn’t understand what they were saying. The bottom part of my bread was soft but the top was hard as a brick. The chicken strips were not fully cooked. I took one bite and had to spit it out immediately. Smh also a worker was about to touch my sandwich without changing her gloves from making a sandwich for previous customer-I had to to tell her to change her gloves. Smh.

I normally don’t ever make reviews but the staff at this location are a joke. Waited in line for 10 minutes (which isn’t an issue, I’m patient with food service staff). When it gets to my turn the lady asks my order. Phone rings so she walks away to answer and still has her gloves on. When she returns she starts going to make my sandwich and I ask her to change her gloves. She proceeds to walk away, and tell the person at the front she refuses to serve me now. Like girl lol your being disgusting in a food service place. Not coming back. All the containers were just left open, flies on the food and clearly the staff doesn’t wash their hands or change their gloves in between touching different things. Where is the management for this store?!

The only reason why I am giving them only 2 stars is because darn near everytime I come here, either the system down, the toaster isn’t working, they can’t scan my coupon…something. The ladies are very nice and generous with the sandwiches, but why can’t the machinery work properly as it should on a daily basis?? Seems like the owner needs to invest in upgraded items to make his store run better. I know it’s frustrating for his employees…

All the reviews are dead on. Didn’t have ham or pepperoni and many other items. Should have walked out. Didn’t cut sandwiches. Soaked sandwiches with too much sauce. Would say 0 training done. Aside from the look of the store this is not a subway.

I do not recommend anyone eat here. The workers are the most rude people I’ve seen serving food.
The first time I visited, I assumed the cashier was having a bad day so I let her rudeness slide. Second time, I didn’t come back for a month. However I still wanted to give then a shot because I believe in giving people a chance to do right.
This was a mistake. The cashier was so rude to me that I was tempted to get a refund. (something I never do when it comes to prepared food) I’ll rather stave before I go back here.

I didn’t even bother to order food! As soon as I walked in and seen the female employees sitting down in the lobby, and then they had the nerve to say to each other, “Let’s play ‘Rock, Paper, Scissors’ to see which one of us takes her order,” I immediately walked out. I was not about to let them play with me or my food. Not an ounce of care or respect would’ve been given to me.

I love this Subway location! It’s right around the corner from my job and I occasionally pop in for lunch. I’m always impressed with how efficient the staff is. Not only can they multitask individually but as a team as well – especially during a rush lunch hour! They get multiple orders done and paid for within 15 minutes! Incredible! Always friendly and sweet ❤ I’ve started to come here so frequently in the past couple weeks that the staff has begun to recognize my order!
