China Spring is one of the best Chinese restaurants around! The food is always hot, fresh, and full of flavor. I’ve tried many dishes here — the orange chicken, beef with broccoli, and fried rice are all amazing. Portions are generous, and the prices are very reasonable for the quality and amount you get.
The staff are always friendly, polite, and quick to help. Whether you dine in or order takeout, the service is fast and reliable. The restaurant is clean and well-kept, and everything is neatly packed when you order to-go.
Highly recommend China Spring to anyone who loves delicious Chinese food at a great price!

China Spring on Hammonds Mill Road is hands down the best spot for Chinese food in Martinsburg! Every dish is made with incredibly fresh ingredients—you can really taste the quality in every bite. The restaurant itself is sparkling clean, which makes dining in such a pleasant experience. I also love that it’s family owned and operated—you can feel the care and pride they put into both the food and the service.
The portion sizes are beyond generous, and the prices are very reasonable, making it a great value whether you’re eating solo, with family, or grabbing takeout for a group. They also offer Grubhub delivery, which is super convenient for nights when you just want to enjoy their food at home.
If you’re looking for delicious, fresh, and authentic Chinese food with excellent service, China Spring is the place to go. Highly recommend!

The Shrimp Egg here is simply irresistible! Fluffy, silky eggs paired with perfectly tender shrimp make every bite a delight. The flavors are delicate but so satisfying—definitely a must-try dish!”

Solid experience at this location, the food is priced pretty good considering the portions. General Tso’s Chicken had a lot of sauce and good flavor. Easy pickup process and friendly service. Would order from again in the future

Great Chinese food!! As soon as I walked in and saw the kids behind the counter I knew the food was going to be good. Had the sweet-n-sour chicken and chicken lo mein. Great flavor and a ton of food for the price. Everything you’d expect from a great Chinese place.

This unpretentious strip mall location serves up some of the best Chinese food I’ve ever eaten. My chicken and broccoli was prepared to order and cooked to perfection in just a few minutes. The sauce is just the right texture and tastes like real Chinese food. No fake paper lanterns or recordings of movie themes played on the erhu, just a really good lunch, served with a smile.

The food was amazing and had a large portion, the customer service was great, the restaurant was clean and it was overall a wonderful experience. This might be one of my new favorite Chinese restaurants to go to now, I really enjoyed their cheese wontons, and I highly recommend it to everyone. Will be coming back for sure!

I don’t know how they could mess up fried rice. I got it as part of the combination platter and it was gross. It was yellow rice with just a few vegetables and the texture was wrong. The egg roll was not good, it didn’t have much cabbage and the filler was ground up almost like it was pureed. The price was standard for Chinese food. The food just wasn’t that great. I would not eat here again. The service was good.

Terrible. The food has the taste of food that’s left out uncovered in a refrigerator. It didn’t taste fresh and made my stomach upset after only a couple bites. I got the dragon and Phoenix and shrimp toast and it went in the trash. Both items had the same “off” taste. The entree was soggy and the shrimp toast was extremely oily as if they didnt drain it after frying. Don’t waste your money or you will be disappointed. There’s too many other better Chinese spots to go to.
