Upon breaching the perimeter, I encountered the mastermind himself, Chef David. Dressed in full tactical whites, a traditional chef’s uniform. Looking suave. On brand and much like the iconic Chef Boyardee! He operates this 24/7 stronghold with impressive efficiency. My investigation uncovered an intriguing piece of intel. David also owns a limousine business. It’s a strategic parallel I can appreciate. Every billionaire needs a discreet way to navigate the city when the Batmobile is in the shop!
The primary objective was the cheesesteak, and the results were overwhelmingly Whizzy! The roll was struggling to contain a payload of Whiz so substantial it felt like a trap set by the Penguin in the middle of a dairy factory. While I usually favor a “more is more” approach to justice, this was a Category 5 Cheese Event. It was delicious, but had to handle with extreme caution and bat-napkins, only finishing half before asking David for a custom sticker to reseal the goodies for later. If you are looking for the best cheesesteaks in the area, look no further than Chef David’s on Penn Avenue. I’ve tried a lot of the menu, and honestly, everything so far has been very good, but there are a few standouts you have to try.
First, their wings are excellent. A huge plus for wing lovers: you can actually order all flats, which is becoming increasingly rare!
I also have a custom recipe I highly recommend asking for—I call it the “Three M Steak.” It’s a steak sandwich loaded with:

Mozzarella
Marinara
It’s a flavor powerhouse that hits the spot every time.

Friday 2/27 I was fortunate enough to have their delivery of patio furniture, as the local freight delivery guy. Well I order the special, Philly cheesesteak with wiz. Wow, super friendly staff to start and the food. WOW. Seeing their socials does not do justice until you eat here! Fresh, hot, YUMMY! Well worth any drive for sure!

Pizza is decent and the slices are a reasonable size now. Pricier than Georgio’s though– two pep slices and a soda was 11 bucks And it’s not really a spot to dine-in anymore. There’s a total of 5 seats now and nowhere to wash your hands ❌

Wow. As an Italian I am so impressed. The vodka pasta was divine. I haven’t had sauce like this since my no-no passed. It comes with garlic nuts that were out of this world. This place is open till 4 AM. Large plates!The only place open in West Redding. God bless.

I hate having to write this review. The issue was never resolved. We been buying food here since it was Giorgio’s Pizza. The food is good. The problem is not getting what you ordered. For the 3rd time, they gave us the wrong order. We ordered Penne Chicken & Brocoli. When we get home, we find that they gave us Alfredo Dinner. I called to let them know. They apologize, but next month it’ll happen again. They need better coordination/communication. If not, restaurant should be called Who Knows?
