We had a mix up and went to the wrong Taco Bell at first but when we finally got here to get our pickup order was ready and the lady at the counter was kind enough to wait to make our Baja blast freeze until we got there so it wouldn’t melt. I’ll definitely be coming back

Taco Bell is good when you really want it. This location is descent they take care of the bathrooms well.
The manager named MYRNA took care of an issue with an order situation & made it work out good  that was great service
MYRNA runs a tight shift & everything’s good & clean all the time. Which makes it enjoyable to be there.
It seems like the employees all get along well and everything’s pretty smooth at this location.
Although sometimes there is weirdos hanging out. But the area is also really nice too. A lot of shops & stuff around. I’ll continue to keep going to this location & look forward to good service & a well-kept place like it is.

so I think it’s bull crap that they won’t let you pull up in the drive through on your e-scooter. like what in the world is the difference. it’s ridiculous. especially when that’s the only transportation you have and the only time I could have gotten there that day. but I mean really. I rode all the way over there (20 min ride) just for them to tell me at the speakers box that I need a car to be able to order and get food apparently. plus that’s horrible customer service. turn down a potential customer based on those stipulations. so dumb. so lame. I highly recommend they change that .

It really comes down to making excuses to not fix a mistake that’s easily fixed, but this Manager has no common sense. Plus, from what I saw, in the little time I was dining in, the mistakes on orders through the drive through were constant. At least three in fifteen minutes. Apparently there was even one as I walked out of the dining room, as a car almost ran into me, backing out of their driveway, back into their parking lot, in haste. Got to wonder why…

The good news is it gave me a more objective view on their Grilled Cheese Deluxe Box. As there was nothing deluxe about it.

To begin with, they provide hardly any nacho cheese, for their nacho chips. Container was only a third full, so not even half way full.

There was barely a “thin scoop of a spoon of meat” for their Chalupa Supreme, so nothing even regular, let alone supreme, about it.

The quotes are what the manager told me is how they are told to make the Chalupa, when he tried to get me to pay even more, for what was hardly any meat, for just a little more meat.

The best part was when the Manager, said that is how their Supreme Chalupa is made, with “just a thin scoop of a spoon of meat”, so admitting there was no mistake in the service, so wouldn’t correct it.

In fact in order to correct it, he wanted to charge me again. Hell I would have even taken it on the side, when instead he should of tossed the one I had and made new one correctly.

Ever eata Chalupa shell WITHOUT the spicy seasoned ground Taco Bell meat?

Try it! Than tell me how much you like Chalupas.

This was the Game Changer for me, that was the good news, because that was the eye opener. Why? Because it got me realizing what I was actually paying for, spices for taste in a filler with not any real substance.

I did however liked the Grilled Cheesy Burrito.

This review is long overdue…I come here almost nightly and never get but the BEST customer service! Carlos helped me last and always has a smile on his face and every employee is always so friendly! 🙂

I love that they don’t “skimp” on the ingredients like some fast food places do… A+ in all aspects!

My Mango Brisk had this inside my drink, y’all be careful I still have one or two of those suckers stuck in my throat. They look like dead flys or scraps off the stove. Not sure what it is but I know it’s not normal. They should have a health inspection. My breakfast scrambler burrito was gross too, I don’t recommend it y’all

Had went in to get a semi big order and lately it’s always wrong NEVER done right!!! I ordered 2 spicey tostadas with extra onions and I got the shells with beans some red sauce and tons of onions no lettuce no spicey sauce or tomatoes and cheese on them!!! And no extra side containers of onions for the nachos cravings meals boxes like I asked for nothing done properly even when ordered thru grubhub my orders were wrong and missing foods and drinks there’s NO EXCUSE for this I have been paying over 40 or 50 for food since the stay at home orders were put into effect. I spent alot of money today and my food was done sloppy and not right I’m so not pleased guess I will start going to Del Taco and el Toro bravo tortilleria for my food this is just too much.

It’s better to avoid the drive-thru and order inside so you can check your food more thoroughly. Everytime I order hard shell tacos through the drive-thru all of the taco shells are all cracked.
