Well, since the last review I have been here a few more times. The last 2 all was well, EXCEPT for the shake. Both times they were melted – as if they had been made first, before the hot food was a thought, then set near a heat source while waiting for said hot food.
Today, it was ok, except I ordered Chocolate, and got vanilla (this is NOT the first time they have messed up a shake or blast). First 2 photos are from today. The 2nd 2 are from my last visit to this location – taken moments after the food was received
Fast food can be challenging, but it isn’t THAT hard!

I hate talking bad about Sonic but this one really needs some help or something . Place a mobile order. Waiting almost 25 minutes after arriving to get my food. Onion rings were undercooked and the burger was warm at best. The drink tasted funny as well like it wasn’t mixing correctly. Overall, not happy at all with this visit.

My burger came completely soaked, the bun is literally falling apart, like a mix of pickle juice and pure grease.
Another burger we ordered NO onions and it came out with more onions than I’ve seen on normal burgers. The fries are always over fried so it’s just basically grease traps.

Very very very slow slow slow.
Pushed button in stall and waited 7 minutes without being helped. So I sent and order on the web. She finally answered my button after I sent it and confirmed the right stall. Now I’ve been waiting 20+ minutes.

Worst sonic in America. Bar none. And has been so consistently and reliably for years. Not sure how this is allowed to continue? Been sitting for 30 min. and am still waiting at the drive through. I would go to the stalls and order like normal but the last time I did that I waited for 30 minutes just to find out they put the order on the wrong stall and then cancelled my order! Just the worst sonic.

Not sure why I decided to try and eat at this location again. Ordered almost 30 minutes ago. Still waiting for a burger and fries. Workers are rude when you ask what’s taking so long and act like I’m out of line for asking how much longer.

I got a cherry limeade, I had already left before I took a drink and the sprite was out on their fountain, called up there to let them know to check their sprite. I believe all 3 of my interactions today were with the same girl, Angel. She was GREAT! Very nice, corrected the issue, let me come back up to get a new drink. She was amazing! Thank you Angel.

My wife and I got to this store about the time they were to close just to order a couple of soft drinks and after I pushed the button, one of the employees came to the door and said that they were about to close and I told her that I just wanted to order a couple of drinks bur she refused to take our order and said that there wad a quick shop down the road that we could go to. I understand that they were going to close in a few minutes but maybe we would have made it worth their while to wait on us but instead they lost a sale and possibly our business for good. It also seems thar when I have ordered shakes on the app from this location, their ice cream machine would always be down.

I rarely ever have a bad experience visiting sonic. My biggest complaint is the pricing but I know corporate determines what they charge .. over $4.00 for a 44oz drink is too high. Service and food are always good.
