Again walk in there today, two people on shift and the girl seemed to be doing her thing but the spanish gentleman who always works high paste seems not to take detail to properly serving you food slapping it together with no type of fineness. Quality of there food I think my image is self explanatory. Burned meat ball ladies and gentlemen is never a good thing to serve to your public at any price and went there for two people, sad but true!

I’m still in the parking lot. The customer service sucked. I asked about a power bowl and was looked at as if I was in the wrong place. The guy who helped me was nice but when he asked his co worker about the salads he responded as if it was a dumb question. I couldn’t find it on the menu and neither could the staff which seems sad seeing they work here. Just be better you never know who you’re dealing with. I was turned off that I couldn’t ask a simple question energy was definitely off. Won’t be back!

Very inconsistent. For background I use the online orders. I order pretty much every weekend using the app and the bread is either really nice and the sandwich is made perfectly or the bread could be used as a brick with some meat and cheese thrown in it. The staff is usually friendly but I’ve had times where an employee ignored me with my sandwich sitting right behind him. I have also had times where my sandwich isn’t even made when there’s no customers when I pull into the driveway. I can understand if it’s busy and the sandwich is only half done when I arrive, but I haven’t had issues where my order isn’t even started at any of the other locations I frequent.

I never like to complain but there is heavy set lady working there when I went to pickup my sandwich that I ordered online the comment was “I just got your order you have to wait.” This was said in a very nasty tone quite rude and my order had been placed 15 minutes earlier. The service was bad and the attitude terrible. I stop at another Subway a minimum of twice a week, I will not be reordering from 770 Wethersfield Ave again.

Had meatball grinder. Pleasantly surprised it was very good. As an 80 year old Italian I have eaten my share of meatballs. Was it as good as my Mother’s no but very good. Would I buy one again absolutely.
