This was hands down one of the most unorganized, chaotic dining experiences I’ve ever had. We were a table of 9 and the host sat us at a table meant for 6 and then just left us standing there to figure it out ourselves. We ended up moving to a larger table on our own just to accommodate our group.
None of our wings came out with ranch or blue cheese. Not one. The food that did make it to the table somehow arrived before our alcoholic drinks, which were quoted at 20 minutes and actually took closer to 35. One person at our table never even received their Blue Moon after reminding our server multiple times.
Three people at our table never received their food. After waiting an hour and 40 minutes, they were told they weren’t getting it at all because the kitchen wasn’t taking new orders. Imagine sitting there almost two hours just to be told never mind. Absolutely ridiculous.
We were told the managers had already gone home and that they were not even supposed to open the kitchen until April but decided to open anyway. That alone explains the mess.
Our server had zero control of the situation and took no accountability. At one point, someone at our table walked past the bar and overheard her telling a coworker that we were “bitching” about how long the drinks were taking. If asking where our drinks are after 30 minutes is considered bitching, maybe hospitality is not the right field.
After that, she basically disappeared. We had to get help from the bartender, Cody C, who was the only competent person involved. He removed one large pizza and one order of wings from our bill, which was appreciated, but considering three full meals never came out and we waited nearly two hours, it was definitely not enough.
Waiting that long just to not receive food is unacceptable. The lack of professionalism, organization, and basic service standards was shocking. We will not be back.
