Whenever I go with my family, the food is cold, they don’t get the order right, and the coffee is cold too. The lobby is always dirty, and they get upset when you go to pick up the food they forgot to give you or when the service is lacking. The best service is at the Flower Mound and Oakwood locations.

I was there for breakfast, made a mobile order way before breakfast time ended, got to drive thru before breakfast ended, but the worker in my lane was so slow and wouldn’t move from her spot. Versus the person in the other lane finished taking orders for his whole lane before I even reached the lady taking my order. I told her I had a mobile order but by the time I got there it was already 10:33. So she said they no longer serve breakfast and I will be refunded my money. I had to leave with nothing.

Big thanks to this Chick-fil-A! It was super clean inside, and as usual, the employees were so kind and welcoming. We came in with a large group probably a bit too close to closing, but they were still so hospitable to us. I got a delicious spicy chicken sandwich and creamy mac and cheese, which was incredibly amazing. I also ordered a vanilla milkshake, which was scrumptious! Thank you so much for the excellent service!

Have visited this location a few times now never have an issue with the people or the food until today the tea tastes like it was made with dirt water. Hasn’t been an issue before as I have gotten diet doctor pepper on the past but the water seems to be an issue with the county would highly recommended a filter for this location. I am sure the lemonade and anything made with water tastes this way.

This cfa is by far the worst one. I can’t have any of the dressings here so I always order lemons for my grilled wrap and they told me they could only give me 2 when I have literally never had an issue before this. They are always rude and nothing like the one near the movie theater or the one in dahlonega. Do better

Amazing chickfila!!!! It was SO BUSY when I came but the food came out extremely fast. The parking lot was full when I first arrived, and the drive thru line was wrapping around the building, and I still got my food in less than 5 minutes. Don’t know how they do it!!

Service is terrible. Not using manner. Got my drink wrong did not even ask what I wanted to drink just gave me a coke, i specifically said no pickles on my sandwich and what did i get ? Pickles. What if I was allergic to pickles? Huh? Such disgrace. Never coming here again.
