Went to have lunch, first time here. Met JR and he set us up with a knowledge of menu and help get a set up. From the beverage to the meal service top notch and meal delicious. Thank you for a great visit. Will be back

We are in town for my Husband’s work detail. We are living in a Hotel so we are eating out daily. I noticed Mr. and Mrs. Crab near our hotel and I said I definitely want to have their food while I am here. We stopped by directly after their opening today. We were immediately greeted by the pleasant young gentleman at the counter. I let know we wanted to order carry out and he smiled and generously handed us menus to look at. When we placed our orders I complimented on the beauty and decor of the restaurant, the atmosphere was very welcoming. We chatted a bit and found out the gentleman and my hubby share the same name. I introduced my hubby as Jason from the BX and Jason behind the counter, turns out issues from the BX as well…small world!! We received our food in a very timely order; I let Jason know we would have dined in if my Jason didnt have to report to work so soon. He understood and invited us back at a better time for us. Our food smelled divine. It was packed very nicely and the portions were generous. I had a seafood boil with Dungeoness crab (2 cluster) @ $39.99 MP, shrimp, sausage, potato, corn and 2 eggs. Jason had crispy golden fried shrimp and seasoned fries. I opted for the Mr. and Mrs. Crab sauce Medium…it was but I could handle it. My Crab cluster ( I could only eat one) I got full after one corn, one potato a few shrimp and a few sausage and an egg. I feel my meal could have fed two; lol but who shares their seafood? No one…we save it for later!! Jason and I enjoyed our meals 10/10. I also had a fruity Passion Fruit/Pineapple drink….it was delicious, lots of fruit pulp and even the seeds were tasty. I only chewed a few. Thanks Jason from the BX for your generous Hospitality and Excellent Customer Service extended to Jason and I today!!

I ordered a seafood boil to go and when I got home I found something that looked like a small octopus or squid head in my food. It completely turned me off and I stopped eating immediately.
I called the restaurant and was told it might be calamari that got boiled with the food and the lady on the phone basically was insisting I just take it out and finish the meal but I didn’t agree with that.. I live 30 minutes away but drove back since I had barely eaten anything. When I arrived, the manager started counting the shrimp and items left in the bag in front of me, which made me feel like I was being accused of something instead of them simply addressing the issue.
Very disappointing customer service and an unpleasant experience overall. I will not be coming back, I eat Mr and Ms all the time and have never had this happen, and I’m sure it would’ve been handled appropriately else where …

Our waitress Moe was very sweet and extremely attentive. Our drinks were refilled immediately, food came out very hot and fresh, very friendly and made us feel at home

We created our own boil with as follows: 1 pound King Crabs
1 pound Dungeness crab
4 eggs
1 pound of shrimp no head
3 corn
6 potatoes
Ginger ale
Half sweet/ half unsweetened tea
Spice level Medium Seasoning- Mr. & Mrs. Crab blend.
A side of garlic butter and lemons.

Dungeness 6 1/2 due to size
The shrimp was 7 1/2 because we wish they had more seasoning soaked in.
And for the Spice level, definitely a 10/10.
Corn was 10/10. It was sweet !
We also enjoyed the potatoes and boiled eggs!
Service…Moe, our server, was great! She was attentive, and she was always checking in on us. We also appreciate the manager stopping by our table!

I’m not the biggest fan of seafood but I loved the sausage in their signature sauce. We had Jessica as our waitress she was great and the service was very fast. I love the atmosphere and the music, there’s so many decorations.

Went in for dinner tonight & Sam was my server. The best service I have ever received at a restaurant! She was absolutely amazing, quick on her feet & made sure I was well taken care of. 100/10 will be back and ask for Sam, again! Food was delicious & came out quick – however Sam made it the best experience!
