I stopped by this DGO restaurant yesterday to grab lunch since I was staying at the hotel across the street. When I walked inside, they were not busy so they let me choose where I wanted to sit. I sat at a table right behind the bar so I could watch the television there.
I went with the carne asada entree plate and was able to sub out the beans with fries. My food came out quick and it was delicious. The portion of the carne asada wasn’t that much but the other sides helped fill me up. I asked for flour tortillas but got corn instead, I didn’t mind but I think the waitress had trouble understanding.
The inside of this restaurant is very nice at the bar or just regular dining. I would recommend this place.

What a treat to stumble upon this place. Unassuming on the outside, but warm and festive inside. We got lucky and walked in for Happy Hour. What a deal! The tacos were authentic and superb. The margaritas are delicious and made well. The staff is great and Jackie did a phenomenal job as our server. If you’re looking for authentic Mexican and are nearby, you owe it to yourself to stop in.

Talk about great taste and service. Traveling from California we decided to go to the Broncos team store. This restaurant is just right there lol I’m from California and I travel to different parts of Mexico. The food here at DGO was amazing, authentic and the place is beautiful. The staff was very friendly and easy to tall too. Highly recommend coming here, I will be back and hope to bring my elders to taste this authentic sazon!

My partner and I stopped in for something to eat and this is the best food we’ve had so far in Denver. The atmosphere is amazing and the servers are great. We had Jackie as our server and she went above and beyond. Definitely will be back when we visit Denver again.

We were looking for a breakfast spot before heading to Meow Wolf and stumbled upon DGO. We walked in and first off, the whole staff was beautiful!! It may not be a requirement, but from the hostess, waitstaff, and gents behind the bar, everyone was gorgeous! The food was some of the BEST Mexican food we’ve ever eaten. I ordered the omelet poblano, and the sauce on top….chef’s kiss. The food had a perfect heat level,and their refried beans reminded me of my great abuelita’s that she would make in her Adobe home. My fiance got the beef, not ground beef it was shredded, enchiladas with an egg on top and it was also delicious!! We will definitely be going back. Its very close to Empower Field, and we look forward to returning for dinner and margaritas next time.

Not worth $15 for a burrito. Maybe $2 at best. Not much meat and is packed with rice and refried beans. It tastes good, just tastes like any other taco shop burrito. The salsa with chips if fire!! Might be the best thing they got.

I was all excited to share a 5 star review, but unfortunately I went back the very next day to take my friend and our waitress was VERY rude.. VERY annoyed that we didn’t know what we wanted and we were in a good mood. Kills me because Friday our server was AMAZING all staff spoke to us and was great food **shown in my picture** WAAY better. Our server was so sweet talked to us. Super sad they are not consistent. I wish I would of got the names of each server. Please train the rude little girl working Saturday evening 1/10/26 or maybe it’s because we weren’t guys? The server and kitchen staff on Friday evening please give a raise! Definitely give them some praise we loved it so much to go back the next day! Too bad it was ruined.

WOW! What an incredible experience! DGO has a really great happy hour menu 2-6 Mon-Fri. The toxica margarita is HEAVENLY. Jackie was a phenomenal server, we told her we will be back to see her again and again. The queso and chips is the best in Denver. The hot sauces they provide: the red sauce is spicy, the green sauce is wonderfully medium for fellow gringos This will definitely become a regular spot for us Sloan’s Lake/West Colfax residents! YUM!
