Such a fun, messy (in the best way), and absolutely delicious experience at Juicy Seafood! The restaurant itself is really nice, and the food was outstanding. Everything tasted fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. There are so many yummy options to choose from, which made it easy for everyone at the table to find something they loved. Even my five-year-old was a fan.
We came at 2:00 PM on a Saturday and there was about a 45-minute wait, but they use a great app where you can track your place in line in real time. They also text you when your table is ready, which made the wait so much easier and convenient.
Our server, Natalie, was fantastic. She was friendly, helpful, and had such a positive attitude. She really added to the experience. The team also does a great job keeping everything clean despite how delightfully messy a seafood boil can be.
If you’re looking for a fun, hands-on, flavorful meal, this is the place. We’ll definitely be back!

I enjoyed sitting at the bar with Ray, he was attentive and fast, accurate and friendly! I ordered a combo and added a few things. Got it Hot and it was perfect not too spicy but just enough heat. I got all of the flavors on my boil and the seasonings are AMAZING and so flavorful. The price YOU CANT BEAT. Two of us ate for $100 including tip, we had water. The noise level I expected to be loud and was pleasantly surprised it was very moderate noise level. As a first timer, I will be back and highly recommend this spot! Thanks again Ray!

UPDATE: The reality is, if multiple people are saying the same thing, it must be true. Gaslighting customers who were once loyal to this restaurant, is not going to work. This is why the customer reviews have significantly decreased. A 4.3 rating is an indicator that change is necessary. For the amount of money spent, it makes no difference to me personally if this restaurant eventually goes out of business.
Paid for the Combo 5, not impressed. Received 1 baby claw, crab legs were difficult to open, very soft. Crab meat stuck to the shell, could only get out in pieces. No hard fork provided to use as an extra tool. Everything tasted precooked and/or overcooked. Not fresh. Seems like the food portions are smaller. Not as good as it used to be.

The only reason I gave this place even 1 star is because the service and employees are sooo nice and friendly. But the food was so bland , so plain & I think only the locals like it because it’s what they’re used to. If you are from the south then you would understand what I mean. The portion is great but it’s pretty null and void if the taste isn’t there. I thought since there was some “juice” in the pan I could just dip my food in it but it tasted like pure oil. First of all .minimum wait is 90 minutes. There is nowhere to wait but two benches in the doorway. Most go to their car. Large parties are made to sit on the second floor where it is hotter than he’ll. You only get a small water glass and very difficult to get it refilled so best to get a other drink too. The food is fantastic. Best not to go if really hungry grab a snack before.

Had a great experience at Juicy Seafood thanks to Victoria! She had such a big smile, was very attentive, and helped us pick great menu items. The supervisor also came by to make sure everything was good. Awesome service and great atmosphere.

On February 13, 2026, we ordered approximately $340 worth of takeout from Juicy Seafood for a party of four, including additional seafood items. We began eating the meal around 7:00 PM. Within several hours, one member of our party developed vomiting and watery diarrhea. Shortly afterward, two additional members of the household experienced the same symptoms. In total, three individuals became ill with similar gastrointestinal symptoms.
The onset occurred within roughly 6–12 hours of consuming the meal. None of the affected individuals had eaten other restaurant food that evening, and there were no prior symptoms before the meal. The illness was significant enough to cause repeated vomiting, watery diarrhea, body aches, and difficulty moving around comfortably. As of nearly two days later, symptoms are still ongoing.
We attempted to contact the restaurant twice to inform them of the situation. We were initially told to call back when a manager was present. When we called back at the time provided, we were informed the restaurant was too busy to discuss the matter.
We are sharing this experience so that appropriate food safety procedures can be reviewed and so other customers are aware of our experience.

Large seafood restaurant with most options being huge portions. The fried basket options are more reasonable sizes for a normal appetite. The fried tilapia basket with onion rings was very good and the tartar sauce was a good complement to the fish.
Service was very good as well being fast, friendly and helpful. The space is large with decorations appropriate to the food. There is a large bar in the center of the room and a number of TVs. They did not seem to have Wi-Fi.
Parking was sufficient.

Ok, today (2-7-26) was my first time trying The Juicy Seafood celebrating my friend’s birthday. I ordered the Catfish with Cajun fries. I enjoyed it ( the batter could have been a little bit more crispier, but overall, it wasn’t bad) if you read the other reviews, one of the main things that people have stated is the fact that they use plastic cups and plastic forks. I’m sorry, but when you’re eating crab legs and you’re trying to get the meat out of the shell sometimes having a sterling silver fork helps get the meat out of the shell, also if you’re ordering a drink like a margarita, it would be nice if it was in a margarita glass and not a plastic cup. I did like our waitress. She was very polite and worked her butt off. She was given a nice tip. Overall, not too bad for it being my first time..

Everything is so rushed and you can definitely tell in the quality of the food and the whole experience. The food and atmosphere used to be great and it was something I’d look forward to! Now the quality of the food is not as good at and all the crab legs (my favorite part) just suck all together and everything else tastes like they have it pre-made and just warm it up to get out to you. Everything is super soggy including the crab legs, you could taste it’s not great quality for what they charge. Then on top of that I’m 8 months pregnant and came with my 6 year old son, we were done eating and I had paid, but not signed the receipt yet because we had to use the bathroom so I wanted to let them know we were not leaving yet since it was just us two. We also had a to go bag as we didn’t finish our food but wanted to take it to go because the price of the food I’m not going to leave it and let go to waste. I also don’t want to take that in the bathroom so we left that on the table with the unsigned receipt that I was going to get to when we returned from the bathroom. We weren’t gone for more than 5 min and we came back our table was wiped down everything was gone and off it including our food and receipt that I hadn’t even signed and they were bringing a new family back to be sat at that table. I get they have to get people in, but that was so rude and that’s what I mean by they definitely rush everything there. We still wanted to finish our drinks and sit down before we left and were done but pretty much got kicked out because we went to the bathroom, and I kid you not it was a max of ONLY 5 min we were gone we hadn’t been away for long at all!. They did have our food bag to the side at a different table that someone was holding for us and luckily I saw our waiter while we were walking out so I could tip her and sign the receipt, but it was such a horrible and unprofessional experience I will not be returning to this place again and do not recommend to anyone.
