The Manager is fabulous, she is super sweet. Everything we had questions on she answered and helped us out so much well. We come here so often because we absolutely love Red Lobster and today May 2nd is our 10 year wedding anniversary and she has been amazing. Service was incredibly slow for drinks and meals. Took over an hour before our meal orders were taken. After 3 at our table got their meals we had to wait another 12 minutes for the 4th to be served. My bill was $27.77 but all I had was 2 twenty dollar bills. Server never returned with any change. Won’t be returning!

Yesterday my hubby and l dinned for an evening dinner at the Red Lobster in Dothan, Alabama. Our server was named Jalun…pronounced like (Jaylen). I am a stickler when it comes to customer service and Jalyn’s service was greatly appreciated. He came through with my hubby’s requests without attitude or making us feel like we were annoying him. He made sure our food was hot and kept our glasses full. He was courteous, very respectful, and attentive. His energy was a win-win for us. We just haven’t seen that too much at restaurants anymore, especially with some young folk. We were happy with Jalyn’s service so thank you Jalun for great service!
