Literally the best McDonald’s in michigan. I never thought I’d find myself writing a review for a McDonald’s but thats how impressive they are. The service is always fast and FRIENDLY! they seem to be more than willingly to give teens in the area their first job. It’s always a team of highschool kids and they are so sweet and super efficient and behave like the love their job. That place gets packed at night and I have watched them clear lines to the street in like 10 minutes. My order has never been wrong here. Just all around great service. Keep up the amazing work we notice the hard work.

The kindest most professional people work here. One of my top 3 favorite McDonald’s in America. The owner of this restaurant owns two of my faves. I wish that he would train other McDonald’s on how to create a mutually respectful relationship with customers. Down the road, customers are never greeted, treated rudely, ignored, and served sub par and sometimes inedible food. The fact that human beings can take pride in serving cold food or doing foul things to the food of the customers that pay you says a lot about their low self worth. Clearly, the team here knows how to pick the best of the best. I’m so grateful that they are oftern en route to my daily activities. The playplace is small, but its the only one in the vacinity. So, I’m grateful that you have a playplace. The restaurant is clean. The parking is close and convenient. This popular location often has a long line, but the team gets people in and out in a timely manner. Thanks so much for all of your hard work. You make the bad ones look worse and that’s GOOD. As far as modern fast-food experiences go, this particular McDonald’s location is a genuine standout. What elevates it beyond the standard? A welcome return to true, customer-focused service.
The dining room is notably nice and well-maintained, but the real feature here is the service model. I deeply appreciate that the team manages the drink station; you don’t have to self-serve. It’s a small detail, but having your order fully assembled and delivered to you is a throwback to how things used to be—and it significantly enhances the dining experience.
The service is consistently good and efficient. If you appreciate a clean environment and a level of attention that is increasingly rare in quick-service restaurants, this location is a pleasant surprise and highly recommended.

The cleanest McDonald’s I’ve been around Wayne county. The staff is proffesional and food always fresh. That’s not including the location, perfect for when going to work or coming back. This is still one of the old classics newly remodeled McDonald’s, unlike other that have the minimal new blank look. The prices is the same as everywhere l. This McDonald’s is recommended if you’re in the area & looking for fast food.

The food is ” NOT FRESH ” Do NOT come here for breakfast, it had felt like I just got free breakfast from a motel but I paid for it. The food is not fresh it made in advance hours before you are served stale biscuit, uncooked meats, soggy pancakes, crusty eggs, hashbrowns with oil from inside dripping from last week, hashbrowns are suppose to be crispy not soaked in oil, expired burnt tasting coffee.
The manger(s) should be looked at for a lack of responsibility towards their staff & customers, the owner should be fined and shut down due to lack of incompetence to run a business.

Used to be my fave MCD in the area but it’s really gone down hill in the last 4-6 months. Food is cold, workers are just there it seems like (im not looking for chic fila service but at least look alive) and the hours of operation is all messed up online. I know the food aint all that nutritious but if i spend nearly half my lunch break driving to a closed location now im stuck with gas station food/snacks

Bacon on the Double Quarter Pounder didn’t have much flavor, and fries need to go back to beef tallow for cooking, but otherwise standard McD experience. Very good app experience with curbside service.

Unfortunately this is not the best McDonald’s. It seems like every time I get my food home it’s cold and I live right across the street pretty much. Seems like most of the employees have an attitude.

Another wonderful experience at this McDonald’s location❣❣❣ I came in for my usual 80 plain regular “just the meat only” hamburger pattie order, and the whole staff including the manager, Elzlia, Aniya, Ben (who was the sweet chef that cooked my 80 meat patties with such a kindhearted and good attitude), Liz (the always kind and courteous drive through cashier), Chloe, Alisa, Brynn, Julia and Robert who are always so kind and sweet with such AMAZING attitudes of excellence and outstanding customer service and professionalism❣❣❣ You are all such valuable assets to the Dearborn Heights South Telegraph Rd. McDonald’s team, and we customers are so blessed to have the privilege and pleasure of doing business with you every time we visit your location❣❣❣ I hope corporate reads this review so they will realize how fortunate they are to have such an outstanding team on-board at this location❣❣❣ You are so greatly appreciated for all of your hard work, kindness and professionalism❣❣❣

There are not enough words in all the world languages to say how AMAZING the night crew is at this McDonalds location!!! Alisa, Chloe, Lisa, and Brynn are all the sweetest, most kindhearted girls I have ever met in my entire life, and even though I always come through and order like 40 or sometimes even 80 regular hamburger meat patties without the buns or anything else, they are never mean or have a bad attitude about accommodating me with such a large order. They are always only extremely sweet, kind, helpful and happy to help. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE the night crew here at this location and I always look forward to coming through just so I can see my favorite girls in the whole world and get to say “Hi” and chat with them for a quick minute.
I wish we could clone these girls so there would be millions of them in the world, and the world would be a better place. They are all such individuals of excellence and have such an outstanding work ethic!!! It’s so hard to find people like Alisa, Chloe, Lisa, and Brynn and they should all be promoted to management or training positions at McDonald’s corporate offices and given significant salary raises so that they can train others to be as Outstanding as they are throughout the McDonald’s organization

EDIT: it should never be a quality issue with the volume you guys do. Gotta Spicy Crispy….old as can be!
Its pouring raining out and I have to visit your place twice to get my order right. Wouldn’t be so bad if ya offered something for the inconvenience. Im back….waiting now 7 minutes for a fresh one because they told me I had to or get a refund.
