When I visited it was pretty hard to find parking around the restuarant, and the restuarant itself was fairly busy. However, we were seated fairly quickly by our host. The sushi here is pretty good, with our rolls tasting fresh and staying together (not breaking apart). The portions were decent and the cost of the food was fairly priced. Service was great as staff were respectful and our server periodically checked in on us. I was pleased that all of the food that came to our table was presented nicely. It was also nice to have a menu with many different options on rolls, especially special rolls. Dessert was delicious. I will have to visit another time to try some of the other rolls.

We are not from the area, but we were wanting some sushi and I found this place on Google maps and couldn’t believe that it had such a high rating with over 2000 reviews! But guess what folks? Those high reviews are spot on! Super huge and delicious sushi with many varieties. Also a few other items on the menu. I had chicken teriyaki and it was so delicious so I’m thinking about going back for another serving today! My teriyaki chicken was served piping hot. It was served on a cast-iron plate so it stayed hot throughout my meal. Service was good, but I wouldn’t say great. Maybe in between good and great. Restaurant was clean. But the main thing was we all loved our food. My main critique would be the fact that we have a 17 month old with us and they charged us $10 For a small amount of udon noodles. We spent a lot of money in the restaurant and seems like for a 17 month old you could afford to give away a couple or less.. Or at least only charge a dollar.

Absolutely love Sushi On in Edmonds! We’ve been coming here regularly, and a big reason is the outstanding service from Jenny. She is always incredibly friendly, attentive, and makes us feel genuinely welcome every single time. Because of her excellent service, this place has become a spot we visit almost every week.
We even brought my parents here, and they couldn’t stop complimenting the food and the service. Everything is consistently fresh, beautifully presented, and delicious. The atmosphere is comfortable and relaxing, which makes the whole dining experience even better. Sushi on Edmonds never disappoints, and we always leave happy and satisfied. Highly recommend this place, especially if Jenny is taking care of you!

The food we tried was very delicious, and the service was quite fast. However, the atmosphere felt like that of a food court—people were coming and going, and it was a bit noisy, with tables placed closely together. The waiters seemed to be rushing and almost dropped the plates on the table to serve faster. Given the price range, both the service and atmosphere could be improved.

A truly delightful dining experience! The sushi is incredibly fresh, with a thoughtful touch in every dish, and there’s an impressive variety of vegetable rolls to choose from. Expect a wait for a table if you arrive after 5–6 PM on weekends, and parking can be a bit limited. Once seated, service is impressively quick, & the food is consistently satisfying—making it well worth the visit.

Came for dinner, took a little bit of waiting for the server to notice me waiting for a seat, perhaps im too short . Ordered the spicy combo which consist of spicy salmon roll, spicy tuna roll and spicy salmon sashimi. What I got was all that but a mix of salmon and tuna sashimi, which wasn’t stated in the menu.
Nice flavors the rice was a little harder compared to how I usually get my sushi. Maybe different ethnicity different versions.
Seems like a korean owned sushi restaurant.
The spicy tuna roll seemed to have lower quality tuna compared to the sashimi counterpart. The salmon was good.
