My husband & I have ordered subs from the Subway on the TA side the past two days because they were made so good! The sandwiches were delicious and made so neat as well. Also the customer service both times was phenomenal! I’ve been hearing great things about this Subway lately so I decided to give them a try & it was worth it. I’m so happy too because we love Subway! Keep up the good work guys!

There’s a young lady by the name of ANNABEL that I can see already has bad reviews concerning customer service. I’ve never been treated so bad, she was absolutely RUDE in every way possible. From ordering to handing me the most disgusting sandwich ever, if I asked her for something she looked so upset and was completely rude about it.
This is completely unacceptable. She obviously hates her job, wonder why she still has a job there after all these bad reviews specifically regarding her. I asked her for corporate number or a manager and wouldn’t give me any info.
I will file a formal complaint with corporate as well.
This was on 10/05/25 around 9:15pm.
AVOID THIS PLACE AND ANNABELS ATTITUDE.

I was in line and this young girl named Annabell i think i could barely read her name tag to start off, she was being absurdly rude to the customer in front of me who asked for a veggie patty I believe and giving him a lot of attitude because he had a strong accent. I didn’t want to think she was being racist because what is this the 1950s?! When it was my turn to order she didn’t even say hi or anything so i did not feel welcomed at all. She started by yelling “what kind of bread” like miss girl it’s not my fault you hate your job. I was rushed even tho the store was no where near busy! I asked for a manager but she said there was no manager working at the moment. My experience here was highly uncomfortable and would not recommend especially because I really enjoy subway but this location needs to be re-trained!

I am semi truck driver & today visited in between 18:10 to 18:20 on dated today 12/17/2025 and here buying subway from lot of years.I have never complaint about subway staff from lot of year because subway staff was good specially one girl name is curl who left or fired but now was new staff .. staff was satisfactory but today one new staff member name Gorge who not properly communicating with me politely and his eyes and speaking since also not politely and he also overcharged on my bill . I was order subway which included Italian hurb & chees , 4 to 5 veggies and 4 to 5 souse veggies patties is not available as per he ask so I ask no problem frosted with American cheese… I always paid subway with veggie patties, medium drink and chips packet $ 17.34 and sometimes staff charge me $14 o 15 but today he charged without veggie patties $20.35 and when talk about this overcharged he is not properly communicating. We have hundred of drivers and visiting all over USA location and never found that type of behavior with professional drivers.So request to owner or senior responsible person of this location should be action and give proper training to this staff and watch that type of person. All other staff was good and current staff was satisfactory or if possible one old staff name curl is good and talented and respectful to customers call back on job .

Couple days ago, This Subway worker name “Adan” horrible customer service made my sandwich wrong and didnt offer to fix it or give me a refund either. Especially during rush hour he told me to hurry up because there was a line of people he still needs to be trained on how to handle situations please talk to him. Thank you

Stopped here on the way to Seattle from LA and one of the young gentlemen working there who told me was a new hire attended me with a smile and great attitude. I wanted to tip him but he refused because they didnt accept tips. Just wanted to show him what a great worker he is and to keep up the work. If i ever get the chance I will stop by here again 10/10 service.

The lady that made my sandwich was the manager. She was wearing a sweater were her sleeves were loose and way past her wrist. Just imagine every time she reaches for an item the sleeve is right there saying hi too. Cross contamination from meat to cheese to vegetables and who knows what else those sleeves have touched. Oh but she was wearing gloves though so it’s all good.

At rush-hour, this subway had only one person working most of the time. The other person disappeared and left people like me to wait 20 minutes for a single sandwich. The lettuce looks disgusting.
