I’ve been going to this McDonakds almost daily for 10 years. They are the kindest , fastest and cleanest store I’ve ever been too. I’ve stayed going because of all those things plus Lulu who welcomes me so kindly each morning and Timothy who treats you like you’re af a high end restaurants. You can’t find a better McDonakds!!!!

NO STRAWS,SAUCES AND NAPKINS?!
I literally had to drive back to get a straw so I could be able to drink my caramel frappe

Dirty restaurant, terrible service, they don’t understand English. I asked 5 times for someone to clean the play area and when someone arrived, after 20 minutes, he went to clean the table that was far from mine and he saw that I was waiting for him to clean it. I was polite and asked him to clean it because my order was already ready. He ignored me I went back to him politely and he said, OK, he would clean it but I had to wait. He was busy. He had to finish cleaning all the tables on the opposite side first. Then he would clean mine. The hall was empty. I was waiting for him to clean my table and he went to clean the others. I took the product and cleaned my table myself. He saw it and didn’t even care.

The drive thru lady was great! The food was great! Didn’t get all of my order. Had to ask for the rest of it. Drove away and noticed I didn’t get all of it still. I knocked at the door since the lobby was closed and the lady pointed at the drive thru. I showed her my receipt and she still pointed at the drive thru. Just so rude! The line was huge! I did not go back through the drive thru. They need to double check their orders and be kinder when people ask for their items. I am really unhappy with the employee in the lobby wiping down.

My one constructive criticism is, they need to install a plexiglass wall between the road and drive thru. The cashiers taking your order over the headset can’t hear you very well because of traffic. So… don’t yell, but speak loudly and politely when ordering in the drive thru.

I use to like this one but the staff doesn’t know how to open on time. Would rather sit around and do nothing then make the food that is there job. And then get mad at me because im already late trying to get them to open the store at 640 am and then they just leave my food sitting in the complete tray and Noone helping. I would highly consider replacing most of the staff if they can even do a simple job like opening on time.

I went to McDonald’s to get ice-cream, and they made the cone tiny, and the Sunday half full. I was a Karen and asked them to fill it up more cuz I didnt 5 bucks for a spoon full of ice cream. I waited like 5 minutes for them to help me even tho there was no one in the store, and one person in the drive through. The worker seemed pist, but I dont care. I want what I payed for. Do better.
