I have gone to this truck several times, when I really want street corn, it is very spendy at $8, it sounds like tacos cost less. It is always extremely hot. The flavors meld well together and are distinctive. The cup is lined with crema, and topped with Cotja, Tajin and a lime. The addition of lime is the perfect finish and addition of flavor. The street corn usually comes in a large clear cup, yesterday it came in a smaller Styrofoam coffee type cup. I think that it really must depend on who is making the food. I likely would not go back, if that had been my first time there. I had not seen the woman who was working before and she was by herself. She spoke very little English, it was a little difficult to order as I did not know what it was called in Spanish.

As others have said, the burritos are mostly rice and lettuce, the meat/ingredient quality is very poor. Garcia’s food truck right next to this one is much much better.

Just grabbed a quick chicken taco. The rough appearance of the truck DOES NOT effect the quality of the service or food. My taco was delicious! Food prepared quick,

This food truck is using “no roll” institutional grade beef for their carne asada.
They have to finally chop and overcook the Carne Asada to make up for the low quality cuts.
Pollo asada quality wasn’t bad, but did not have very much flavor at all, and had a steamed texture.
The burritos are mostly rice and lettuce (lettuce and rice in burritos are always red flags for quality as they are notorious cost cutting measures and don’t belong in burritos).
As far as the tortillas, think Taco Bell/Mission style. Another red flag.
Hot sauce is flavorless and not hot
I would avoid this truck.
Even whitewashed, Theresa’s would give you higher quality food at a better price point.

Delicious, filling, authentic, and hot. I liked the chorizo sausage and the steak the best. 3 tacos was $12. They take check cards.

Really really good! Service was super fast! I tried the tacos with chicharrón, pastor, and cabeza carne (beef head) and it was super delicious! Definitely recommend stopping here for a quick bite!
