I took my wife here for lunch. It was our first visit. We were pleasantly surprised with how excellent the food was. We were also treated to great service. I thought the prices were fair for the amount of food and service we received. We live about 45 minutes away but we plan on returning as much as possible since we loved the food so much.

I didn’t want to like Guadalajara because it’s our 5th Mexican Restaurant but after eating there 3 times I must admit their food is really good! I really like the Salmon and Shrimp on a bed of creamy noodles.
It’s now February 23rd, 2026, and just wanted to add some pictures of my birria ramen, and Enchiladas Vallarta. I’m telling you, Guadalajara has some pretty good food, and their prices can’t be beat! That’s why they’ve been successful here in Nevada.
Here’s my advice. When you see so many five-star reviews and some four-star reviews, and then you have two or three people that give it one star, granted, the restaurant might have had an off day? It can happen. But I would suggest looking at those people’s other reviews because they’re probably constant complainers.

I loved the chips and salsa! The salsa was so fresh and delicious. The cheese sauce on the enchiladas was unlike anything I’ve ever had. Such a unique preparation and it tasted very good. The only negative is the cheese on the enchilada wasn’t quite melted all the way though. Overall, it was an excellent meal.

This was an amazing find so close to the highway. Traveling with my mom, wife, and 1 year old and everyone loved their lunch. The pork Carnitas were delicious street tacos are a great go to and in my one-year-old loved the chicken quesadilla, and the complementary salsa that came with chips.

I walked out of this restaurant without even being attended by a server. My son and I walked in and were promptly greeted and seated. I sat for no more than 5 minutes without ever being attended. In that time 2 other tables were subsequently sat and IMMEDIATELY greeted by their servers. Drinks and chips were being brought to the first table and drink orders were being taken for the second table. Went across the street and received EXCELLENT service. Mi gente, no son bienvenidos aqui.

First time there but when we come back this way, this will be our stop. While I rarely give out 5 stars, I think this place deserves it. The decor is black on the inside but it’s not too dark. Quite nice, actually, and different than most other places. The service was exactly what I like. There when you want them but not intrusive. They don’t disappear and you have to track them down. Even went the extra mile in anticipating our need for a to-go box and drinks without asking. Really, excellent service without going over-the-top. The food, though, is the standout. First of all, lots of it. We were really just looking for a quick sit-down lunch before heading to the golf course for the afternoon. What we got was a load of food. Just a simple (or so I thought) quesadilla for me and then a basic burrito, tamale and chicken enchilada. The tastes were far beyond what we thought we’d get for such a basic order. Really, it was a bit surprising. The taste was IN the meat and vegetables. Not in a drenching of sauce or sides like others. Fresh ingredients and just a great punch of flavor that was just right. Great job, everyone. Impressive. I hope it’s the same next time.
