We loved the food. The chicken was perfectly executed. The salad was and amazing. It’s Saturday afternoon 4:30. There is a new hire working the register. She’s trying very hard and being very helpful and pleasant. There is a blue shirt lady. She’s very unpleasant and agitated. It’s one thing to get flustered during a rush or out of sorts with new people. This lady was rude. I asked how she was today and she shrugged me off and broke eye contact while walking past me as if I were in her way. She was being hateful out loud with the new hire. We ate in the dining room. Though the food was delicious and the store clean. The bathroom doors make a horrible squeaking when opened and upon closing and often in unison. Apparently no toilet paper in the lady’s restroom. Another customer came out for napkins. I hope Emma gets some relief. The entire ordeal was very upsetting and we left before we finished. Maybe next time.

This is the first time in a long time I have been at a Zaxby’s. The cashier was not even professional or considerate. I ask for a meal with came with fries and a drink. I ask could I get some white cheddar bits instead of fries. He said NO! We can not do that. We don’t substitute anything. I told him never tell a customer NO. There is always away. He could have said sir we have a no substitute policy, but I can order it separately for you. I just order the meal the way it came. I went to use the bathroom and it was not maintained and dirty. I went to get my meal and the meal looked poorly, not even close the the menu picture. I went the table an the fries were cold and the chicken slides looked like very small pieces of chicken that bearly filled the bun. I am not going back.

I rarely say this, but if I could give negative stars I would. Got back to my hotel room to discover my chicken salad didn’t have chicken. Went back and the lady at the front acted like I stole the chicken and had to go discuss it with the line cooks. Also, I asked for “lite dressing”, they couldn’t even get that right. My wings and things looked like wings and sad things. Needless to say, I wish I would have looked at the reviews prior to going here.

Zaxbys food is good and fresh. The fried mushrooms were awsome. Cashier Mr David was the best. We told him ot was our first time trying it and he made our experience amazing. Thanks you Mr David at the front and team in the back. And that insane sauce is very good and hot.

The Zaxby’s Signature Spicy Chicken Sandwich is better than Popeye’s, but not as good as Chick-fil-A. The chicken breast is tasty, large, and flaky, which suggests it’s probably grown with growth hormone and antibiotics. The fries are good. Fresh squeezed lemonade is good, but a little bitter (let’s you know it’s fresh squeezed:).

Sad to see how this Zaxbys has went “down hill” in quality over the last few weeks. Nothing seems to be clean or trash even taken out. Trash has been like this on multiple occasions so this wasn’t just a one time deal. I enjoyed coming to this Zaxbys but will start going to the one in Candler until this place is back to basic standards.

Very disappointed! Not going there again. Ordered a salad paid $10 for a $5 salad. The chicken was cold and hard, so were the eggs (hard). Very little lettuce, Tomatoes and cucumber’s were very very little and no toast! They were not busy so what was the problem? Why did my salad look and tasted like it was sitting out all day. I ended up throwing it away. Thank you Zaxby’s 🙁

I love eating at this Zaxby’s! The staff are always super friendly and fast, and I have never had my order messed up during any of my many visits. The food is always fresh and hot, and the ding l dining room is usually well kept.
