The food? Truly exceptional. Every dish we tried was cooked to perfection, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. The steaks were melt-in-your-mouth tender, perfectly seasoned, and were just as impressive. You can tell there’s real passion behind everything that comes out of the kitchen.
What really made the evening unforgettable was the staff — incredibly friendly, attentive, and full of personality. They not only made us feel like honored guests but also brought a sense of fun and authenticity to the whole experience. You can tell they genuinely enjoy what they do, and it makes all the difference.
Whether you’re a local or just visiting Rome, Bull Steak is an absolute must. Great food, great vibes, and genuinely great people. Can’t wait to come back!
Today I had pasta, also great!
If you are visiting the area, do come to try this place! You select your desired meat options and it’s then cooked and served to your table! You can select other dishes from the menu too. The tiramisu is great too!
Excellent beef! Love the cooking and very hearty and wonderful meal! Thank you!
Service. Staff were friendly, especially the butcher who introduced us to the different cuts of meat. We were also ushered to our seats fairly quickly even without a reservation.
Experience. I loved how American the place felt. The butcher also manages to establish a relationship fairly quickly with the customers, making it a comfortable setting for us.
Food. A bit of a let down. I get that they were trying to cook the steak in an American fashion. But cooking the meat straight out of the chiller made it tough and over-charred on the outside but rare on the inside. Also everything else was a bit too salty, from the chicory to the spinach, and sausages.
Would probably try to give some suggestions next time to see if it helps.
Who would’ve guessed that I would’ve needed an American style steakhouse for that.
So good I circled back a second time. Plus i can’t do pasta anymore
The steaks were well prepared and I love that I was able to season it ti my taste .
