Becky! One word. What an angel amongst us. Truly. I’m sitting here at the IHOP writing this review so my busy family life doesn’t pull my focus where I would 4get to write about this precious woman.
Our rental Jeep wouldn’t start. Had to be towed. We have a large family plus our service dog makes 10. This is the ending of our family vacation in Tennessee for the weekend. Had to unpack the Jeep rental and stay w our stuff.
Becky was not going to have that. Her hospitality, care and concern for my family and I was and IS a blessing. I’m sitting in the restaurant right now to keep warm waiting for my husband. Our Airbnb which is over an hour away. (I’ll be here for another 3 hrs. Which is fine )
Becky is genuine. She has the attitude that she doesn’t expect anything in return. That this is just who she is. There are times where people don’t know that the heart of Christ lives inside of them. Well she is one of them.
I’m trying not to let this temporal situation affect my eternal relationship with The Father.
IHOP… Owners and boss you have a GEM here a true treasure!
Emily is an absolute doll as well! Kindness, Southern hospitality just oozes from her. Such beautiful ladies. Pappa God bless them.

As I’m still here at IHOP…. almost 5 hours now, Stevie, my night waitress, is a doll! So kind, genuine, caring. Hustling from one side of this large space to the other. Amazing lady. Kind soul. What a wonderful staff! Corporate needs to recognize the beautiful faces and great work ethic from these ladies.

Food was good. Waitress not so much. She was nice but only seen her when she took our order. I asked for napkins at that time. Never got them. No refill on drinks. No endless pancakes because she never came back but had to time to sit over there and talk to other waitresses. Had to flag someone down for the check after 15 minutes

The cooks today prepared a perfect meal for us today. Everything was cooked to perfection and tasted scrumptious! I love coming here and I always get Kathy as my server. She’s the best!!

The food was good and it came out quick!!! The waitress Jacie was HORRIBLE. I don’t normally have issues with servers but she took so long to come to our table, she was talking to other people and almost ignoring us. When it was time to pay she came to our table to take the bill and card and instead turned around to talk to someone else that worked there. We had to give it to someone else and then it still took her a while to bring it back.

My wife and I hit up the IHOP here in Baileyton on Superbowl Sunday, while our daughter was at her youth group. They were very short on staff – just the host and a single waiter – but the place was also very quiet. The service was very good, the waitress was super friendly and the food came out quickly. The food itself was standard IHOP fare, if you’ve had one you’ve generally had them all, but was prepared well and was quite tasty!
Overall, this is one of the better IHOPs we’ve been to, and I’ll definitely stop past again next time I’m up this way.

This is a pretty great IHOP. My burger here was fantastic. It was hot and very tasty and looked fresh. Fries were crisp and hot. The place is also quite clean. The service was a little lackluster as we only got one refill and not much table time.
Overall, I recommend for great food!

I wanted to come on here and thank Stevie, she was our waitress and I just loved the way she dealt with my allergy to gluten. She was so cooperative and helpful with the menu and she dealt with all the kids like a pro and was so sweet (we had like 12 teenagers) . But I will say the person who waited us to our seats, Courtney, was genuinely rude she had an attitude and just couldn’t stop with nasty looks.

My spouse had a burger with onion rings, she liked the “crispy edges”. My over-easy eggs were done perfectly, and the home fries reminded me of my Swiss grandmother ‘s cooking. Not the first time here, and surely not the last! And service was great- she saw I had cash out and brought my change when she picked up the payment. I left a good tip!
