Great food, great service, quick drive through time, efficient process. They forgot to give me my meal in the drive through, but an associate quickly realized that I was sitting there while cars behind me had been served their food and I told him what I ordered and he quickly got my meal made within a couple minutes and delivered. I ordered two chicken sandwiches and a medium fry. The fries were hot and salty, just delicious. The sandwiches were still warm even after waiting an hour to eat them. Excellent service as usual for Chick-fil-A. The only fast food place that can have 10+ cars in front of you and still be out with a correct order in less than 10 minutes.

I am always so astounded by the customer service and food quality at Chick-fil-A! I had the sweetest employee help me with my order today! My app was giving me trouble because it was right in between their breakfast and lunch hour switch and it wouldn’t let me order either or! So I called up there to get some help and this lovely young lady didn’t hesitate helping me place an order over the phone and even held my breakfast items before they stopped serving them! She could have found every excuse to dismiss me and say they’re busy or whatnot (it’s happened plenty of times at fast food places) but she went out of her way to help me and even kept my food under the warmer until I got there! I am very pleased with my visit here and will continue choosing Chick-fil-A! Thank you all and especially Jenny who had helped me with this experience!!

I go here sometimes when I’m in the County visiting a friend or relatives. I admit the employees are great and amazing. The food is great. I feel bad for the employees when they stand out in the cold at times but otherwise this place great. Keep up the great work guys.

What happen to this location can you all not hire anyone that can read, we not hire people with sense of urgency this is unacceptable especially for this company and their standards are a business owner myself a send of urgency is need especially during peak hours (lunch) will not return to this location I’ll go elsewhere and my household will do the same this is an atrocity to this brand and what they stand for you have all these other competitors around you and you guys are moving slow taking your time any non-efficient orders being made….This is why this location is failing never again will I return and I will speak the word to my neighbors as we live within a five minute radius of this location you just lost a dedicated customer

Monica brought my food to the table and she was such a wonderful person to talk to. She went out of her way to get me a water and make sure I had everything I needed. I believe she is a shift leader and want to make sure she is recognized for her hard work. Also, when I was done with my meal, Landon came by my table and he also talked to me briefly. It was great to hear about his aspirations at Chick-fil-A. I believe he is a team trainer and is working towards becoming a shift leader like Monica and I think he would make an excellent person for that role. I wanted to take a moment to recognize them both for their great service and hard work and hopefully the management here will do the same. Thank you, Monica. Earlier in the week I had ordered from this chic fil a.. drove all the way home and my Mac n chz was missing. I called and a nice young lady apologized and told me when I come back they would give me a medium mac and a free entree card for the inconvenience. Let’s say today i went in told the young lady about the Mac. She called over a manger in assuming, she was wearing a vest with a strong Oder coughing & her name tag said director. She didn’t say a word to me. She added a small Mac comped it walked away back on her phone. Didn’t even get my medium or my card. Since she didn’t smell well and was coughing I just said forget it.

The restaurant itself is very clean, even during peak hours when it’s usually busy. One thing to note: the drive-thru can be a bit tricky due to the plaza’s parking lot layout. Drivers need to pay attention to signs, watch for parked cars backing out, and be considerate of vehicles exiting the lot.
Overall, it’s a great place for a quick and satisfying meal. Highly recommend!

I ate a meal at there new location and I had enjoyed myself tremendously! I had their 3 piece chicken strips with their waffle fries and a diet Dr.Pepper also whenever I eat somewhere I be forgetting to take a photo of my meal This was another one of there location that was new and built in Saint Ann which is closer to me than there other location which is in Bridgeton Missouri!

I bought a chicken biscuit breakfast sandwich meal for my lunch break. Opened the sandwich wrapper and it was a sausage biscuit. I don’t eat pork and I did not order the sandwich so I only ate hashbrowns and drank lemonade for breakfast. After work, I came to exchange the wrong sandwich for a chicken sandwich. Breakfast is over so I had to get a dinner sandwich. I asked for fries to go with the chicken sandwich for the inconvenience of having to drive back and was told no (Christine) because it’s not the same price. So much for spending a bunch of money with the company and being a signature member and oh my, what great customer service this wasn’t…..

Regardless of the location, Chick Fil A has an exceptional standard it maintains and that reflects in staffs attitude, quality of food and service.
This Bridgeton location is a great addition to the area for its convenience right off I-70 and since opening this place seems to be always packed. They have plenty of parking space and a small outside sitting area.
When it comes to fast food CFA tops the list and the Chick Fil A chicken sandwich is definitely better than any of its competitors hands down.
Over all love the food and genuine hospitality!
