My friends and I have been supporting jones fried chicken for years and even when prices have increased, I don’t mind it and continue to support them. Today I went and order 5 small lamb over rice with extra white sauce. Tell me why my bill was $73.75?!?!?! Without tax nor any information. So I did my math, each plate is $10.16 each plate, sauce is $0.75 each. Total before tax and cc fees would be $54.55 and with the fees and tax is only $60.82! Where the hell is that extra $12.92 goes to? Did they just add tip to before even confirming with me, I was going to give them a tip until I heard the price difference. This is crazy, why am I being charge $12 for idk what before I even tip.

I have been seeing viral tiktok’s of trying the chicken over rice plate and it did NOT disappoint. I will continue now making the 30+ min drive to go and get my fix! The food was fresh and good. To say it was my first time trying Halal food, it was great and won’t be a last. Please go give them a try!

Me and my daughter got a stomache I wouldn’t trust this place and they charge extra for sauces! I tried calling for a refund no one answered!!!

If you can get pass the cashier nasty attitude the food is good good! The tall guy always so awesome and polite but the heavy set lady that runs the register needs an attitude check. This is the only reason I don’t come much anymore she throws your food at you instead of tying the bag and giving it to you nicely she want to throw it on the counter bad thing is she always has this attitude probably why the business not bombing. VERY good chicken over rice. Got it spicy, was a bit hard to handle. The chicken was definitely the star, and you get enough meat. Need to get mild next time. Small order was plenty. Gyro was above average but not as special as the chicken over rice. The guy is cool too, gave me a free water bottle because I asked him for water and thry only had tap and I didnt want it. Definitely coming again

I’ve been a long time customer of Jones Fried Chicken and I can see that their management doesn’t give a DAMN about their customers feedback here on Google Maps. I ordered the chicken over rice my absolute favorite, and I had the worst platter in my life. They put 5 full cups of white sauce on my platter. They added so much white sauce to the point where I was literally eating mayonnaise on top of rice. It felt like I was eating a mayonnaise potato salad with no taste of the rice because of how much they drenched it with white sauce. I like white sauce, but they overdid it and on top of that, they put a bunch of unnecessary junk on the platter they never added in the past. I saw some weird things like pickles, beans, chick peas, jalapeños, and to destroy the entire $13 platter they put BANANA PEPPERS!!!!! It was a sour mayonnaise over rice platter and it was absolutely disgusting. Jones fried chicken used to be really good, but their quality has severely decreased. I was an active customer here, but unfortunately they just lost one. What’s funny is they don’t give a shit, because they never read their reviews here and don’t bother responding to their customers. This shows they don’t care and it shows they put themselves first before the customer. This isn’t the first time I’ve had a bad experience, I’ve been served sour chilli fries, cold Philly cheesesteak with a smell in the meat, and this most recent experience. I was quiet and never said anything before, and I gave them multiple chances, but enough is enough. I WONT be coming back here again! Jones Fried Chicken, get it together.

Not the best location, but the food was satisfactory. We had the fries and chicken wings. Hubs really loved the fries. Counter was not well lit when we entered. It felt like it had a closing down vibe. Minimal items were on display. The dessert looked ok. The place had a diner or two and it is a two storey restaurant at that. Nonetheless, the walk ins trickled as we were there and everyone who entered seemed like regulars. Would definitely go there again for the food.
