If I could get negative stars I would. Somehow we have had the same experience here the last two visits. We went back in hopes to give it a second try.
Food was average but my biggest complaint is the unprofessionalism. I didn’t see the manager once all night checking on tables. But don’t you worry the manager along with other employees were sitting in some kind of office hitting their vapes talking with the door wide open. Not only is this frustrating there are children running around the restaurant that clearly belong to employees- the children are running behind the bar into the office which I don’t even think is legal. Not only were we displeased with this but I heard many complaints from other patrons. Will probably not be back as this is a bar environment not a playground.

I love Mac’s! The food is consistently good and fresh tasting. There are a variety of menu items to select from, and the wings are excellent! Sarah is an outstanding server, so I always request her. She is very attentive and a rockstar! If you haven’t been to Mac’s, give them a try (recommend wings) and ask for Sarah. You’ll have a great experience!

I eat lunch here at least once a week. Our waitress Sarah, is always very attentive and has a welcoming personality. She has many regulars for good reason. The food is very consistent and delicious. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone who enjoys BBQ, great service and pleasant atmosphere.

Macs Has become one of our favorite spots for wings, a quick bite and/or a pint. Service is no frills but good. Food comes out on time , beers stay filled. Restaurant is clean and well kept. Great outdoor dining area too. Their smoked wings have been the best that I’ve had in the area so far.

However, the most outstanding feature of Mac’s is a server named Sarah. Sarah goes above and beyond to know her customers and remembers them by name when you return. You always feel like family when talking to Sarah! She has a photogenic memory! I always request Sarah when visiting Mac’s.
Sarah is absolutely the a phenomenal server and Mac’s is very lucky to have her on their team. Always ask for Sarah – you can’t go wrong!!!!! Mac’s is great dining experience with lots of great food options! Highly recommend.

I stopped in for lunch on a weekend and was impressed. If you’re looking for a place with good barbecue at a reasonable price, I would recommend Mac’s, especially if you want to avoid the congestion on Main Street. There seems to be plenty of seating, indoors, and on the patio for large or small parties. My meal was a little cool in temperature-perhaps it wasn’t delivered right away …? My server may have been having an off-day, but he was attentive! He comped my pecan pie because they were out of ice cream. That’s GREAT customer service that I didn’t expect at all.

Looking for more of a permanent spot to eat at down here cause I go downtown to Falls Park a lot to play guitar. The incredible worker Savannah greated me instantly, was very friendly and able to talk to we had a nice conversation about life and Greenville in general, food was perfect the wings and the burger are some of the best i’ve had in Greenville and the drinks were too. Savannah was fantastic from start to finish, i’m definitely gonna come back and I recommend others to definitely try this

Haven’t been to this location in a few years, glad to see some familiar faces including Hannah’s! We had her as a server when she first started at Mac’s and she’s just as delightful and knowledgeable years later.
With an updated draft list that still continues to change you’ll always find something you’d like. We love the constant updating of the menu to try different things but we always come for the wings, collards and mac and cheese

The food was incredible and Gabby was such an awesome server! We had a blast. The chicken and waffles were phenenomal. My husband enjoyed the pulled pork nachos. The kids also liked their foods. 10/10 would recommend and hopefully Gabby serves you!
