I eat in White Castle because of the famous movie I saw. To be fair, the buns were amazing and fluffy and brioche-like. I ordered the Share Meal that had 10 little tiny buns. The service is a bit slow unfortunately, and the place is not the most tidy, but if you’re looking for a quick bite, it’s great.

It was a fun experience for V day on 2-14-2025. They close the in store experience but still have drive through to have a Vday celebration for those who reserve tables in advance. They decorate the tables and sell mugs and hats and Ts. There’s a special VDay menu and also access to the regular menu. It was a fun night. The servers were attentive and sweet. Free parking.

Worst white castle I been to so far in terms of rodents. I was at this place around 9pm so shortly after dark trying to get some food via drive thru and I was shocked by how many rats are running around this place parking lot and in and out of the back of the building. I don’t know what this place has going on but either they feed them on purpose or just don’t care and let them multiply and run crazy on parking lot. Honestly city of Chicago health department needs to do inspection which is what I would recommend. As for the food I was to disgusted by rats to eat anything I bought. One positive is the staff which seem to be nice and polite. Also the building outside does not look bad but the rats make it disgusting.

I ordered two cheeseburgers and a small order of fries and specifically requested that my food be made fresh. The operator told me to pull around, which led me to believe the order would be prepared fresh. However, once I got up the street and checked the food, the burgers were very disappointing. The bread was hard, and the meat was tough, as if the burgers had been sitting out for a long time and were reheated in a microwave. The quality was extremely poor and not what I expected. Overall, it was a very unprofessional experience.

What a terrible restaurant. It takes for ever to get your food. You need to hire people who care and want to work for a living. I’ll never come back to this facility ever again. It took 28 minutes to get 4 cheeseburgers and a soft drink. I can’t believe your still open. Good word of advice whoever your Manager is they need to listen to what your clientele is telling you. You have the most incompetent staff I’ve ever seen at a fast food restaurant or should I say slow food restaurant

Even though I went there late, the customer service is still great. Food came fresh and hot ready to eat Make it to the cashier and a cook that was working that day. Thank you so much for your great customer service. Keep it up. I will be coming back there again when I visit Chicago.

Dirty tables. Asked for napkins to wipe tables down and cashier ignored us. They are completely nonchalant and there is no napkins anywhere. Ordered $80 worth of food. Seriously just terrible. Everything is absolutely terrible. Everyone moves slow. Ordered a medium chocolate shake and large vanilla shake. They came back with large chocolate shake and medium vanilla shake. I want my money back and I want to go elsewhere.

Ladies and gentlemen PLEASE DO NOT DINE OR ORDER ANY FOOD FROM THIS LOCATION. The manager is rude and unprofessional, she been working at a slow pace, unorganized and uncoordinated with the staff and working while ill. It literally took me an whole hour to place my order via the app and my food hasn’t been prepared due to lack or communication. I hope that manager (Older black lady wearing glasses) get fired. Never come to this location, folks. Its very unclean and rude.
