Employees were very kind, food quality though was terrible. Burgers were soggy and tasted like they’d been sitting for a while. Tots and fries tasted the same but like they’d been refried. The only part of the meal great tho was the drinks, mozzarella sticks, and the cheddar peppers.

I placed an order at 6:20 am- when I pulled up tho the restaurant and it was closed. Ok no big deal drove around a little to find somewhere else to eat . I just got off work so I wasn’t in a rush. I parked near the Storage until and ended up in the Verizon parking lot. As I was about to order food from across the street, and this beautiful kind lady comes to my car and asks me if I was the one who put in the mobile order. I said yeah but I was going to cancel to go eat some where else. She said if I wanted to wait she would make it when they open.
Cool, I waited a little bit, and as I was about to drive back to the sonic parking lot, I looked up and this wonderful woman is outside my car with my food and drink. She walked across the parking lot to the other side just to give me food.
PLEASE give her a raise. You don’t get this kind of kindness anywhere in this town.

got it doordashed. ordered a peppermint brownie bark, a chocolate, a vanilla, and a strawberry shake. I got 2 vanilla, a chocolate and another one that I don’t know the flavor of. wanted whipped cream and cherries on 2 of them and only got whipped cream on one. wasn’t contacted about lack of product if that was the issue. but it wasn’t my favorite transaction. please make sure you’re double checking the tickets and delivering on what customers pay for. if you can’t, contact them.

I hope the big wigs read this. Aiden is the bomb.com. They ended up messing up our order, giving us the wrong drinks, over charging the food/didnt receive what we ordered. Unfortunately, Aiden was the only one running out food to the cars AND taking orders too. He was able to give us the food and change for the price difference. He is SO NICE! and even if he may be busy, he has a great attitude with people. He works hard and does a great job as a manager. I wish him nothing but the best and hope the rest can adopt his attitude and efficiency. I hope y’all give him the recognition he works so hard for and don’t take these kinds of workers for granted. Show the appreciation when its due.

Every visit he is awesome. Nice guy, helpful, hard working, etc. He remebers me every time I drive through to pick up food and you can tell he cares about the customers experience. Can’t say enough great things about him.

Got our sonic blasts. Toppings just on top. Not mixed in. Got a whole cup of vanilla ice cream with toppings sprinkled on top. Also, my daughter wanted the limited time green apple drink. It is on sonics website but they said they don’t have that anymore.

First of all I placed my order on line when at the emergency room, it kept deleting orders when adding orders. When I went through the final check to make sure everything was in it and paid online it was fine. Get to the drive through and people were actually pulling out of the line because they were so slow. The drive through attendant was a little rude. We got our orders and headed back to North Carolina, and I was passing out the food and they didn’t give me my order of food, only the coffee. That was 4 days ago, therefore I do not have any receipts to prove i was there. I showed my $50.00+ dollar bank transaction, I can tell them what was ordered but it’s TOO MUCH TROUBLE for them to look it up. No, I don’t have the app because we only ate there once many many years ago and their food was horrible then. Do not recommend eating there

I am writing this as I am waiting for an order I placed 45 minutes ago ahead on the app. I spent the first 10 waiting in my car and then I went up to the window where some guy on the kiosk caught an attitude with me and told me it would be out in a minute. It’s been another 10 minutes. The app makes it impossible to cancel. I will never be returning to this location to be treated like crap.
