We had an excellent experience at Stancato’s Italian Restaurant. The service is phenomenal, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere has an inviting old world charm! I highly recommended this restaurant if you are in the area!

I ordered 20 chicken cutlets for a holiday gathering for December 20th, 2025. It was one of my two main dishes.
As you can see by the photo, my chicken was burned! Who ever packed this order knew full well they were giving me chicken that should have never gone to the customer! I left it out at room temperature for a 1/2 hour and put it in the oven at 300 for 35 minutes. I couldn’t even cut it or serve it. I was so upset. I called the next day. They asked for a picture. I have been in a family owned catering business for over 30 years. We also owned a restaurant. I was told by the woman that I called me back, finally, they would not refund my money because I put the chicken in the oven. I offered to bring the chicken back , but they wanted a picture. I spent almost a hundred dollars for such a lack of professionalism! Food is what they do!!
In our business that would have never happened. My question to Stancato’s is; would you have served that to YOUR Family? Would you have

I sat at the bar that was not busy at the time and the female bartender with reddish brown hair didn’t even come up to me for over 15 minutes. Other people sat about 10 minutes after me and she helped them first. (she definitely knew i was there)Very negative vibe. She was very pushy for me to immediately order once she did come over, with out even saying hello. I ended up not being able to order a drink or entree. She was too busy chatting with others. My bar experience was a 2 out of 10 because it was asceticly pleasing. She was a 1 out of 10. Ruined my entire experience. My salad was delicious my meatballs were decent and I was never able to get service. So I got someone else to get my tab and left. Should have taken a photo of her not working but here’s my food.

Is always amazing. Goes above and beyond her call of duty. We can’t tell you how much we love this place. It’s our favorite, restaurant in the whole world and Perry is an amazing owner. Food and staff was amazing!! And pretty reasonable for the portions. I had the Cioppino. If you are a seafood lover it is a must try. My husband had the chicken parmigiana and he couldn’t stop talking about how juicy the cutlet was. Also those garlic rolls and sauce are to die for. All of the sauces we had were pretty tasty. And they had homemade holiday cookies for sale. So glad I was in the neighborhood hungry and ran across this place. Will definitely be back.

Don’t usually dine in here, but we are regulars here getting our pizza takeout every few weeks. Consistent results each time, it’s always so good I eat my entire pizza instead of just a few slices like I used to. Their Christmas cookie assortments are also really well done, even the ones I don’t prefer are still well made and taste fresh. I know they employ a lot of locals and friends I had in high school so good on em. Give them a try! I hope they stay in Parma for a good long time.

Update- I was unable to add a new review so I added to my previous review! We came back for the Valentine’s Day special we sat in Cathy’s section again, who by the way is beyond a great server!! The dinner was amazing!! We ordered mussels, and had the valentine special with steak, lobster tail, mashed red skin and broccoli. I have to say this has to be my favorite restaurant!!
My husband and I visited Stancato’s this evening and we’re greeted and sat with our favorite server Cathy! Our food and service was as usual delicious. I would definitely recommend anything on the menu!

Finally got to see what the highly recommended Stancato’s was all about! Fantastic Italian cuisine paired with knockout phenomenal service. The rolls were divine, lobster bisque was creamy decadence, the Fritto Misto was otherworldly, and all so worth not being able to finish our spot-on eggplant entrees. Even the asparagus had to be from a different planet. Selena was an angel to offer to “box” the bisque in a soup container, and was SO patient and sweet even though the food coma brain fog was setting in HARD. I’d be embarrassed, but it’s a testament to how fricken good this place was. Go!!

Ordered my favorite veal picata, and it never disappoints. Smooth, buttery flavor, tender, and perfectly cooked.
Our server worked all day and still was perfect. Kind, kept the food coming in just the right timing. She was the best.
