Burger King is a decent, budget-friendly fast food stop when you’re craving a flame-grilled burger. The Whopper-style burgers have that signature smoky taste, and the menu is straightforward if you want something quick and filling. My order was made correctly, and the food came out hot, but consistency really depends on how busy it is. When they’re on point, it’s a solid grab-and-go option for an inexpensive meal.

Today’s manager needs red training. I went inside and placed my order and was asked take out or dine in. I said take out. My order was not only given to the wrong person, that wrong person sat down with my order before bringing it back up to the counter. So the cashier got the order and only replaced the buger and not the fries. Then leaves it on the dine in tray and hands it to me. I politely said “it’s take out”. She sucked her teeth, rolled her eyes and put my order in a take out bag, forgetting my milkshake. So I had to remind her of that as well. I only didnt say anything about the fries not being replaced because I was short for time. Horrible service and I think she’s an actual MANAGER. Do better BK!

The drive thru seemed slow. There was one car ahead of us when we ordered. By the time we got to the window, there appeared to be five cars behind.
We may have confused our order when we asked about the diet drinks offer. The diet coke ordered changed to a sweetened Dr Pepper. We didn’t say anything because we were in a rush.
The food order was correct. Their sweet tea is better than another served at another BK we visit. I was happily surprised by their sweet tea.

I ordered my meal, drink and a shake on their website to be delivered. The delivery was so fast and the food was all double wrapped, both drinks in a solid drink holder, and all put in a thick burger king bag with handles. The burger and onion rings were still hot and delicious, and both drinks were ice cold. Everything was great, from ordering to delivered! Thank you Burger King!!
