Food was good, like how my bagel with cream cheese had a good amount of cream cheese unlike other places that kinda cheap out on it. Everyone was nice and the young man at the register forgot his name gave me a good recommendation. Line people are quick and get you’re food out as soon as possible

Delicious fresh bagel breakfast sandwich! Both my husband and myself ordered our breakfast sandwich with the maple french toast bagel, yummmmm!! And the iced vanilla latte hit the spot( not too sweet) perfect addition to our breakfast! Everyone was so nice and made you feel welcomed! Definitely our bagel place from now on!

My husband placed an order for pickup. The order itself was straightforward. However, this establishment managed to overlook items that had already been paid for, specifically our toddler’s food item! After making five attempts to call, I found that no one was available to assist me; the phone line disconnects after I select the option to speak with a representative. Furthermore, the phone system does not allow for leaving a voicemail, making it exceedingly difficult to reach them! Not only did this establishment ruin breakfast on my birthday, but our toddler also went without breakfast, forcing us to seek out another place to obtain a cinnamon roll. Please check your orders! This is not the first occurrence!

This place is awesome , the staff know you by name when you first hit the door , they really make you feel feel welcome during your entire visit , I do DoorDash and Uber Eats and will start half of my mornings here at Einstein on Sunset , plus the food is amazing and always fresh , I am never disappointed when I leave , they now more seating to where you can come in and have your family have a quick bite to eat .

Worst customer service and the general manager isn’t any better. It is super simple to say we will be right with you regardless of how understaffed you are common courtesy goes a long way. This is the 2nd time here with poor customer service. The tried to offer me a free dozen last time that I didnt not collect. I will be reporting to the health department for the lack of hair nets

I come here almost religiously every week and I am greeted with the same smiles and kindness at 6am. The staff are courteous and friendly at all times even when it’s packed. The Sunset location far exceeds expectations and quality every time.

Awful experience. Ordered 2 bagels, waited over 20 minutes. Then the order was wrong received 4 bagels. Even told the person this isnt my order and was reassured it was. Absolutely wasn’t my order. Nothing was correct. This isn’t the first time this has happened. Please fix the staff at this location.
