Two of the entrees were absolutely terrible. I’ve never had a Caesar salad so bad. My sweet tea tasted like tap water from somewhere contaminated. I have never been but definitely won’t be back.

Our company recently had a 2 day seminar presentation at this location and what a wonderful experience we had. Our server Amber was super helpful, friendly, and a joy to work with. All the staff were friendly and again, Amber did such a great job taking care of us and our clients. Can’t wait to work here again.

The service was poor. After waiting for our food for an hour, we asked about the to-go orders we had previously put in, which had in fact not been put in yet, resulting in us waiting for another hour. The waitress mixed up my order with another and removed items from my dish that I never asked to be removed and actually wanted. When I asked about it, she had no resolution, she just looked at me, leaving me to pay for items I never even received. I had to physically go to the kitchen door several times to ask for service. The bathrooms needed attention. I won’t return.

Ok Red lobster you guys did a fantastic job today serving a party of 14 birthday dinner and also the food was delicious with no one having any complaints with their meals. Our server was a little cold in the begining but at the end of our dinner he came around and I must say did a fantastic job serving is all. We will come back soon and celebrate to get great food. Keep up the good work guys.

My husband and I went here for dinner on Valentines day. Your staff did an amazing job. They handled upset customers because of the long wait (hello it’s Valentines Day. Online you had a reservation option which shocked me. No restaurants do reservations on February 14.That’s normal). Food was amazing. Our waiter was constantly checking back with us, regardless of the packed restaurants. Awsome job to the team and management for their top notch job.

To be honest it’s usually ok when I come here just tonight was definitely not , we get here at 5:30 get sat immediately, ok cool …. 20 mins pass we get our drink order , another 20 we get our order taken ….. a whole hour and a half passes and we finally got our food only for it to be cold , not even a little steam coming from it. Oh and it was wrong! Hahahah ….. I suggest coming during the day , on a weekday then you may get decent service and food. NEVER come on a Saturday night ….. and I’d like to mention the biscuits ( the three they give you ) were raw in the middle.

We had reservations to dine in and get there and don’t get to sit down until after the host seated everyone that walked in. The food was horrible and we were very disappointed. The portion sides for the boils was very bad and the food was pricey. The shrimp was tasteless and the drinks were not made well and not very good either. The only thing that was good was our waitress. She understood why we sent our food back and that the portions were not worth the price. It’s going to take a lot for them to touch twisted crab at the mall.

We only ho there once every year. High prices. This time we had some snow crabs. They didn’t have any crab crackers the Crack crab legs with. It took some good effort to Crack the legs and claws but I finally got to the meat. We always get the ultimate player and split it between the 2 of us.

Amber did an awesome job. We had a work event on Wednesday and Thursday. Amber was assigned to take care of our event and serve our clients. We were very impressed with her customer service. She came in early for her shift just to be there for us. We had a great show at this red lobster. Amazing food and perfect atmosphere for our event. Big shout out to red lobster for being so dependable. I will be using this restaurant again for our company events. Thank you guys!!

The service seems very rushed. The funny part is that then you wait for the bill… My favorite part was the waiter saying we could grab a live lobster to go. I did wonder about that. For a restaurant that barely cleared bankruptcy it sure is a risk taker.
