We went to a birthday party, it was pure chaos. There was no pizza, no clean cups and no one seemed to know what they were doing. And half the game room didn’t work.. Seems they should have kept the old managers and employees who ran that place so smoothly.

We went years ago & it was really good. So we took our kids tonight for our youngest sons birthday & it was HORRIBLE. I don’t know if it was a bad night or if they were short staffed but it was ridiculous. They couldn’t keep clean plates or food on the bar. They had paper plates out & kept running out of those as well. The salad bar was so, so they ran out of ranch & never filled it back up. Some of the staff weren’t very friendly. The machine in the arcade where you get playing cards was broken. We paid over $50 for us to get in & was a complete waste of money. We left & went to golden corral where they can always keep up with the demand. Better food, plenty of food, plenty of clean plates & friendly staff. We won’t be back to Gattis since it’s gone downhill.

We go a few times a year. They seem to be very understaffed but everyone was working as hard as they could to keep the pizza going on the buffet. I can only imagine how difficult it then you put out a new Pizza or dessert and 2 or 3 people take it all in under a minute but they did the best they could. The pizza we did have was good and you can beat the prices

Whent there today for a childs birthday party. The food has never great. Always just went there because our kids and grandkids liked it. This was the worst I have ever seen it. There was literally no food on the buffet. Salad bar was half empty. There was no pasta at all one or two pizzas on the bar at best. They were under staffed and the employees that were there took their time doing anything. The service was so bad they should have closed down for the day instead of giving customers such a poor experience.

Used to love this place for many years. The past three times I’ve gone within the past six months, there have been only a few slices of pizza at the buffet as well as a few breadsticks left. Only ONE person making the pizzas. Used to be at least 2, and they would be hustling to keep the buffet well stocked. Went this last time a few days ago. Had to wait 5-10 minutes for one pizza to come out at a time, and none of the first ones that you would expect on a buffet were basic one toppings such as pepperoni, cheese, sausage. Waited even longer for those. You may think 5-10 minutes isn’t too long to wait for a pizza—it is too long because it’s a pizza buffet. People should expect many choices of pizza to be available when they go through the line. That’s the way it used to be. By the time pizza started trickling in, there were 15-20 people standing around waiting for food. Granted, the guy making them shouldn’t have had to be the sole one doing it. We went for lunch that day, and it wasn’t even crowded (least amount of people I’ve ever seen there for lunch). Now I know why. No plates at the buffet that time either, so grabbed some plates from the salad bar. No Parmesan cheese or other seasoning shakers placed out (until we got ready to leave of course). Salad bar—always good though not as many vegetable toppings as there used to be. Tonight ordered takeout. They didn’t include my cheese sticks in my order, yet it was clearly on the receipt. Called and they said I had to bring my WHOLE order back in for them to give me the two cheese sticks I was missing with my pasta. Yes, it’s a big deal because the pasta isn’t anything special without those cheese sticks. The cheese sticks are what make it worth eating. I live 20 minutes away. Called and asked for a coupon, which would have satisfied me for the mistake. They said all they could do was offer me the two cheese sticks. Would be ludicrous to drive 20 mins away for that and bring back my whole order (as I was told I had to do) that we’d already started eating. Worth it to drive back there within the next few days to get a descent coupon to make up for the inadequacy. But no, they said that’s not an option. I trusted the order would be accurate because I’d never had a problem with take out before in past years. We should expect our orders to be right! (It’s been several years since I did take out.) Won’t do that again there—ever. This place has changed A LOT. Hire more people. There are plenty looking for jobs who want to work. And double check order accuracy. No one wants to drive 20 mins away to make their pasta worth eating.

We just left, and had an amazing experience. Their team is super friendly and really understands what good customer service looks like. Also, their prices for games are unbeatable compared to Malibu Jacks. Super inexpensive, and the pizza is good as always.

Only scoring 3 overall and 1 on food. It’d be nice to come in at 5:30 and have food. They don’t have a single thing knowing their dinner rush is about to hit on a Friday afternoon. It’s almost like this everytime i come in. What’s a pizza place with no pizza??

They was no cheese, no cottage cheese, no ranch, no clean cups. And…… not one slice of anything on the pizza buffet. Waited 30 minutes and they only brought out one pizza and it was gone because there were 20 people standing with plates waiting. Would’ve just got out money back because all we ate was a plate of LETTUCE but the line to get money back was about 10 deep and didn’t have the time to set and wait any longer. They did put a sign on the door but, did it say we are out of food??? Nope! It said card reader not working!!! So after paying for me and my sister to eat lettuce we left and went and got dinner elsewhere

Went the other night and there was no pizza, no cups, no ranch and about 40 starving people with nothing to eat. We ended up getting a refund and going to Golden Corral. Everyone looked like it was their first day
