Breakfast burritos are yummy but the paper they use to wrap it sticks to the burrito and peels the tortilla off EVERY time. I wish they would stop using paper to wrap their burritos. They also charge you 50 cents to use a debit/credit card to pay for your order and I don’t think that’s legal.

Really awesomeplace. Has a great menu for such a lil place. Gave me the wrong sandwich once, when I came back they let me keep. Which 1 tell me they don’t take food back and 2 who doesn’t like free food. Always get my ice coffee right. Which Starbucks never does.

The layout is a bit confusing since I’m not used to drive through and walk ups, but got it figured out. The staff was friendly and directed me to the walk up window. Nice that they have a couple seats out front. Nice menu, will have to come back for the pumpkin chai next time. Ordered the mexican mocha and it was really good. A nice change from just a super sweet mocha, has a lot of nice fall spice to it. Service was fast and friendly. I’ll make sure to use the drive through on occasion since we drive this route often.

Stick with the coffee. The coffee and lattes are pretty good and priced much like any other coffee shop, but maybe stay away from the food. I’ve had the breakfast burrito which, while it’s not bad, never has enough meat in it. And since they microwave it, it’s never hot enough with cold spots. The bagels are dry and flavorless and WAY too expensive. You pay $4 for something you get for $2 or $2.50 at just about every other coffee shop. It would taste better anywhere else, too.

Look, I don’t even want to give this 5 star review becuase I know it will just make my short wait for the best coffee in the county that much longer.
The staff is nice, the owner is sweet, and it’s the best coffee at a reasonable price.
My only nitpick is the lack of an apple pay or Google pay option.
Their iced white chocolate mocha and iced dirty vanilla chai are our favorites!

My wife and I were parched after a day trip to Pismo Beach and I happened to see this place on our way back. I got the Thai Tea Boba with Mango popping pearls over ice, she got Mango Boba with the same pearls – they were refreshing and delicious! Definitely some of the best boba we’ve had. Brew-It is a gem and we’ll be making it a regular stop on the way back from Pismo!
