so for 22 bucks this is what i got .. the blue berry pancakes was suppose to have blue berries in the pancakes but they didnt only a little on top… look at how much grits are on the eggs. so no more trash over priced eggs and grits

Mayte was an excellent server! He took my grandpa’s grumpiness with ease and was wonderful with my toddler! He brought out some grapes for him and a little cup of whipped cream on his own accord; just to brighten my toddler’s day!

I must admit worst IHOP ever. Starting with the strawberry and strawberry cheesecake pancakes that were there pancakes of the week month whatever. Well when we picked our order up no strawberrys only reason we found out was my daughter checked the order they said “yeah we’re out” no substitute or anything. They just acted like we were bothering them asked for extra butter we were lucky to get 1 butter. So we go back to car to eat our cold food and what was in the pancakes a hair that’s one thing I can not take I got sick quickly. My daughter brings it back inside to show them and I I walk in behind her we both notice the ciggerett but on counter as the waitress says “my bad” and wipes it on the floor and says “well what do you want blueberry pancakes? ” Call tomorrow sometime and speak to a manager there isn’t a manager here tonight. Haven’t called yet but will update after. This place isn’t very well kept inside or out I will be sure to avoid this place at all cost my next trip I advise anyone else to do the same check my reviews I do not leave bad reviews often as understand the restaurant business and somethings are out of staffs hands. Not the case here probably the reason I haven’t called because staff says alot about management.

Arrived at 9:40 pm was told by 1st young lady we had to wait until shift change to be served, meanwhile everyone else that came in after us got served . We finally asked a young guy if we could could get a menu and drinks , . Waited over a hour to be served . In a restraunt that was not busy at all tonight . This young lady that refused service to us doesn’t deserve a job . She is very rude . And we were very kind to her . Photo of her because she had no name tag on for us to report this issue . Sadly we won’t be back to a place we love to eat usually

They remodled their bathrooms since I was here last, they look great! Makes me feel better about the whole restaurant! The food was amazing. Angel, our server, was very nice. A pleasant place to dine.

Super awesome hosts! We ended up having to take our food to our stay due to our friend becoming sick. Our host was super understanding and put our food in to go boxes and gave us fresh drinks. They even gave us plenty of condiments and napkins as well. The food was delicious, so we ended up coming back every morning of our trip.

This place has come a LONG way over the years. It’s clean and doesn’t have a moldy smell anymore. The food was cooked well, came out correctly, and our server was really nice and got her job done. I’m really impressed with how well they’ve changed for the better!
