I ordered a chicken sandwich from Cook Out recently, and while the flavor was good and everything tasted fresh, I was pretty disappointed with the size of the chicken filet. It was noticeably undersized compared to the bun, which made the sandwich feel a bit lacking overall.
The seasoning and texture were on point, and the service was quick as usual, but I expected a more substantial portion for the price. If the filet had been larger and actually filled out the bun, this would’ve easily been a much better experience.
Still a fan of Cook Out, just hoping for more consistency in portion size next time.

Came here all the way from New Jersey always wanted to try it. Prices was great got a tray burger fries chicken quesadilla. I would say skip the quesadilla. They have a sink for you to wash your hands place wasn’t crowded food came out quick. Someone that was with me did not get fries in there order. When they went to the front to get them it was a hassle. One of the girls in the back Spanish she put the fries in and slammed the box down. Which was unnecessary a mistake is a mistake just fix it. We came to this location because of the better reviews. Overall good but check your food before sitting down. That employee needs an attitude check but everyone else was nice.

Food just like you would grill at home, if you actually felt like cooking. Their burgers are great with lots of ways to customize. We love the hush puppies and the cheese bites, different from most other burger places. Loads of milkshake options.

I’ve been through the drive-thru twice and both times the speaker was so muffled that it was difficult to communicate, causing issues with the order. This most recent time, the person working the drive-thru talked over me a couple times and repeated incorrect order items. I don’t believe this is an issue with customer service, but bad equipment.
The menu is also very difficult to understand if you aren’t familiar with it, but the food is good and it is one of the most affordable fast food options available right now.

I felt very rushed while ordering through the drive thru, but this happens all the time. If you ask for a few minutes, and they say let me know when you’re ready, a second later they are like rushing you again. But anyways, usually the food is great but this time, awful! I ordered one hot dog tray with fries and cheddar bites and a unsweetened tea extra ice.
which btw yall do have the best cheese bites ever. But I was charged for a two hot dog tray and received a sweet tea. They fixed the drink but no extra ice :(. When I got home, the hot dogs looked like they were 50 days old sitting on a 711 grill. I couldn’t eat them at all, they were hard, over cooked and wrinkly. I would definitely like my money back on this order, because I don’t want the hot dogs ever again. I have pictures, I am unsure how to upload them.

Says their open but the place is closed for some reason. I get closing for the storm that was expected ….but it rained and theres no signs up or anything. Swear the lights were on when i pulled up too. Idk
I originally had it as 1-star but honestly this place has served me so many times and its been good, i cant let a 1 bad experience try and reflect the other 100 times ive been served excellently. Im glad they were closed in anticipation for the weather! Shows that they care about their employees. Post a sign and let people know – we dont mind! A whole line formed lmao

Went twice. Got big double, cheddar style with fries and onion rings. Liked fresh, well-cooked burger and onion rings. Shakes (blueberry, banana w/pineapple) were some of best I had. They were thick and you could taste the bits of fruit in them.

Very delicious shakes. Fast and friendly service. Food is good they are also one of the restaurants that have a dollar menu. Food is reasonably priced lots of options. Lots of flavors of shakes they got Burgers hot dogs nuggets chicken. Have been very satisfied keep up the good work four thumbs up five stars
