Friendly staff. The drive through line took a lot longer than I thought it should have though. After I got my food, I had to wait about 10 minutes to get out because the cars in front of me were still waiting for theirs.

I had never been to a Chick-fil-A with what seemed to be old food until this one. The service and staff were nice, but our food was cold and tasted like it had been out for a few hours. We were traveling and didnt have time to turn around. We definitely bypassed it on the way back…

This isy third review of the CLAYTON, GA Chick-fil-A. I went thru the drive thru. I had to tell them my order twice. They still got it wrong. O can live with that I figure they were trading a new person maybe. However, I ordered two chicken sandwich meals. The chicken sandwiches were awful. They tasted old. The fries were fine. It used to be the best in town. Now, there is literally no where to get decent fast food in this town. Really sad.

I eat here regularly. I love the drive through with the mobile order option. I wish the mobile order line would open and you wouldn’t have to merge with the regular line. The restaurant is always clean. Service is always great. Food is almost always quick and accurate. The fountain Dr. Pepper here is amazing. If you’re a Dr. Pepper fan, you can appreciate that. There is a nice play area inside for the kids.

Young man said he was thankful to meet us yesterday! We popped in for my hunnies first frosted coffee. And! We even had to reorganize the pumpkins we had in the trunk that were rolling all over the car WHILE IN THE DRIVE THRU! Young man was so patient with us while we sorted ourselves out and ordered. Grateful for good customer service and great ice cream coffee!

The bathroom was not clean look at the floor toilet paper not on toilet paper holder in both bathroom stall the front door broken my son law took grandchild to bathroom came out said you will take him to the women bathroom
The drink machine was out no toy in kids meal we had ask then got a ice cream

I only ordered a sweet tea and it was good as usual. The women’s bathroom was a disaster. The floors were filthy and trash spilling into the floor. Water in the corners of the stalls with TP and etc all over the floors.

It was packed and we barely could find a parking spot, but once inside, we easily found a table. The food was great and service was friendly, helpful, and excellent. AND they still had a play area, which my children were thrilled about.
