While shopping in town we enjoyed visiting Ponderosa a few times, lately. I’ve had the beef tips, shrimp and just the senior buffet. My husband has had two different steaks, both cooked as he liked and the senior buffet. We really love the chicken and mashed potatoes, but have never tried the desserts on the buffet.. because we’re trying to make better choices – diet-wise. The lettuce and other salad choices are always fresh. We are very happy with all of the buffet choices, though I didn’t like the creamy cheese for the Mexican choices. It tasted burnt. All together, there were so many choices, no one could go without.

Everything was perfect! My gf and I went out on Friday for an early Valentine’s date and they even had a holiday special! The holiday special came with 2 types of shrimp and I even upcharged my steak to a T-Bone steak and every detail from timing, friendly staff, and the food was perfect. I’ve never had this good of an experience, definitely coming back for more!❤️ Shout out to our server Leah B for being the best server I’ve ever had

This is one of the cleanest restaurants I’ve been to of any kind. Spotlessly clean, well-run, great food and great service by the friendly staff. All the hard work that’s being done behind the scenes by excellent manager John and crew shows in the front end of this great restaurant. I don’t really know what they could do to make it any better or any more of an enjoyable experience. Try them you’ll like it

The food was well worth the price. Every single interaction I had or witnessed with the staff was amazing. I ended up getting a migraine while I was there and they were all very sweet and helpful when we were looking for ice for my head. They checked on us for refills often, cleared plates quickly, all in all it was great experience and I will definitely stop there again if im in the area.

Meat loaf was bad they changed it after complaint. Worst all you can eat iv ever been to. No one wore gloves. They picked stuff out out of food bare handed. They didn’t wash there hands or use gloves. Most disgusting thing iv seen in a long time. I didn’t eat after I sat down and watched. I didn’t complain or make a stink about it. The waitress was really nice.

Really nice place. A lot of room to move, very clean, and very polite workers. Great selections at the buffet and everything was full and fresh. Food temps were not a problem at all. I really enjoyed the visit.
