Excellent place to eat “Mongolian Style”. Stopped for a late lunch. Prices are cheaper for the standard “unlimited-trip” meal before 4pm. Posted signs noted short staffing, but no issues while we were there. As noted in other reviews, you do walk through the food line to get to the restroom. It was not very busy at 3pm on a Thursday so there was no issue for our visit. Will definitely be back.

We just spent 15.00 per person here. Granted, that price is not the worst, however, when you seen what we did, it would change your mind! We used to love eating here, the food was delicious. Today, we witnessed a server come out and dump water into each and every sauce. We are not talking about a small amount, but about a half gallon of water into EACH container of sauce. Then she mixed it up and proceeded to check the consistency of it to make sure it was not too watery. Unbelievable. We noticed before hand that my husband (who adores spicy hot) tasted the same as mine (savory) as well as our daughters (sweet). We thought maybe our sauces got mixed up on the grill, but come to find out, it’s all watered down and does not taste like anything specific. Come on HUHOT! We definitely pay enough not to have it all taste the same.

Service is excellent, it’s a buffet where you pick your own meat and vegetables to be grilled in front of you. Cooks and wait staff are very friendly. Seating is comfortable and atmosphere is good. The restaurant is decorated in an modern art with mongoliolian kind of theme painted on the walls. Food is priced fairly, and their is a bar, and you can be served alcohol either at the bar or at your table. Appetizers soup and salads are also available.

Food is always good- fresh vegetables and amazing sauces. Crab rangoons were decent. I do not feel like my daughters or I ate $16 worth of food but it was very good so I’m willing to pay it. Waitress is the only reason I am not giving 5 ⭐️. There were only maybe 5 other occupied tables in the entire restaurant yet she never brought the soup my daughter ordered and didn’t come back to the table until we were all done eating when she filled my daughters water without saying a word. I normally tip very well but she’s lucky she even got what I did leave her.

I’m a truck driver and travel all over the country. I love fresh, build-your-own, AUCE stirfry. I’ve been to 4 different HuHot locations. 1 in Billings MT, 1 in Souix City IA, 1 outside Detroit MI and now this one. Based on memory, this is the only 1 out of the 4 that gives you an option to add rice to your stir-fry prior to it getting cooked. I prefer rice fried rather than steamed, so this made my day. Everything was delicious and Brooke B, my server, was outstanding. Not only pretty (hehe) but also very friendly and courteous. She was attentive and came across like she was happy to be there. So many servers don’t have a cheerful attitude. Brooke was a very positive exception to the norm. She rocked.!

We can say Never ending Menu as you can customize your dish infinite number of ways. First of its kind and the only I have visited. They added chicken nuggets and rice to the ingredients list. If you choose to heathy, you can try Zucchini noodles. Finally it’s Friendly service.

The ingredients were fresh and well stocked. The ingredient and sauce area was clean. The cook was friendly and did a great job. My go to sauce recipe is teriyaki, sweet and sour, feed the hoisons, Kahn’s favorite and peanut. My only complaint was that the table was sticky and when we mentioned it to the waitress she said it was just the tabletop material yet after she wiped it down it was no longer sticky.
