Elevate is a new comfort & delicious spot inside Galley Bakery Square. Small kitchen with a big menu. We got the wagyu chili, shepherd’s pie, and salmon burger. They were all so good. Just need a long nap after.

Elevate restaurant is located in Galley Bakery Square, and it serves American comfort foods. My blackened salmon was cooked perfectly and tasted delicious. My sides were garlic mashed potatoes, which were real rather than instant and tasted great, and a salad with lettuce and beans, which tasted good but had a little too much dressing. My drink was a flavored sparkling water. The waiter promptly brought my food and drink to my table. Please note that the Galley is a space where customers may order from four restaurants, and the utensils and napkins can be picked up in the seating area rather than from the waiters.

Definitely, an experience took my grandmother out because the yard was closed, and we drove passes and saw a crowd of people. First, we thought it was a party because kids were playing in the middle of their yard and were able to find a parking space at the front very, very rare. She didn’t want to sit outside, so we walked in. Both our faces were confused. One the beautiful employees from the first restaurant when you first walk in from the parking lot stopped what they were doing and explained the experience we was bout to have three separate restaurants in one building side-by-side each other three different menus and if you wanted to order from all three you could. It was very overwhelming, so we stuck with what we know chicken and salmon sandwich and fries with a salad from Elevate. There a twist to everything you buy, so if you bring your kids sn there funny about food, keep them home or head somewhere else you’ll be wasting your money.

This was a good meal. The fish was great. As a sandwich it wasn’t. The mixed greens gave a weird texture to the sandwhich with the rough chopped slaw. The fish was very flavorful and cooked perfectly though. The Salad was good as well. It was different combo with the beans on top but it had good flavors.
The reason I gave it 3 stars was the mac n cheese. 2 out of 5. The taste of the mornay if that’s what is was* was flavorless and dull. $7 for a flavorless and colorless Mac? Box Mac has more flavor. I would suggest more flavor like garlic or an herb of your choice to golive it color and fragrant tones.

I was looking forward to eating a great chicken sandwich and I was very disappointed. The speed of receiving my food was great. The first bite was great. Then it was downhill after that. The chicken was rubber. It happens that you can get a bad piece of chicken. The thing that disappointed me was the lack of response and respect that I received from the people cooking it. I was only telling them to let them know they might have some bad chicken. I wanted nothing in return. But when I told them the look on their face was. Oh well I’ll tell the head chef. They could care less. I will go back because I love the concept. I was just trying to help.

The fries were excellent. Unfortunately, that’s where the good part of this experience stopped. No plasticware, napkins, condiments or directions on where to find any of those were provided for our take-out order. The staff was curt. My hot chicken sandwich was rubbery to the point that I threw half of it away. My partner’s vegetarian cheesesteak had mushrooms that were too tough to chew, and he also threw half of his sandwich away. The food and experience should’ve been better at any price point, but at $15+ for a sandwich, they’re aiming for a standard they came nowhere close to meeting.
