Our first time trying this place…..Overall, a great experience. We were greeted at the door and seated promptly. Our server was very friendly, got our drinks and complimentary cheese biscuits quickly and had our orders out really quickly as well. Portions were very large, and looked very appetizing. I had the BBQ Nachos with the brisket upgrade. I think it was about $3.75 extra for the brisket. My hubby had a 2 meat Combo plate with brisket and ribs. Both meats had a $3.75 upgrade, which made his plate fairly expensive. His food came out lukewarm, and the server took it back to remake the plate. It was brought back out quickly by a manager, and was much better the second time around. The food tasted good and everything was good quality. The atmosphere was nice, with roomy booths and tables to choose from. The server checked on us frequently and kept our teas filled. Neither of us cared for the BBQ sauce (a little too much vinegar for our taste), but I am from Texas, and so I am used to a different type of sauce. The meal came to $70 for 2 dinners and two teas, plus a tip. We both had enough leftovers to make another meal, so it wasn’t too bad for the price. Overall, a really good experience, and we will definitely go back again to try some of their other dishes.

It was fairly empty when we arrived and there were a lot of free parking spaces in the back. They do have a drive through. Our server was very nice and efficient considering we had a large group. We made sure we made her job easier with letting her know ahead of time on our split bills. Everything was tasting good. Mac and cheese was delicious. The California pork was delicious too. Brisket portion was smaller and it was mostly fat, though it might have just been my luck. Their loaded baked potatoes are definitely huge and equal two meals. Great cocktails!

Jalan delivered some of the best customer service we’ve experienced in a long time. He was attentive without hovering, proactive without being pushy, and incredibly responsive to every request. He anticipated our needs before we even had to ask — refilling drinks promptly, checking in at the perfect moments, and making sure everything was exactly right with our order.
What really stood out was how genuinely he listened. He was patient, accommodating, and handled special requests with a positive attitude and zero hesitation. His professionalism, clear communication, and friendly demeanor made us feel valued and well taken care of throughout the entire meal.
Exceptional customer service like Jalan’s truly elevates the whole dining experience. Highly recommend asking for him!

Love this place! The food is awesome, staff friendly, and service quick! If you enjoy BBQ and all the fixin’s you’ve gotta give this place a try! It is a little pricey buuuuuut you get so much food for the money that it’s worth it, in my opinion. Usually each person in my family makes another 2 meals at home out of our leftovers.
I have been to multiple locations because we really do love their BBQ, but this location has always been the best and the only one that I have and will go out of my way to return to. It’s the cleanest, has the most friendly staff, and serves the best quality food. Plus, my mother isn’t in the best health, but even at their busiest they have always made sure to sit us somewhere that would fit her walker or wheelchair so that she was comfortable without feeling like it’s in the way of others.
Today was no exception…SHOUT OUT TO ZION, for her excellent service and positive attitude! She was quick and attentive and both accommodating and pleasant with our somewhat odd and annoying requests. (I’m not oblivious to my family’s quirks ♀️ ) Keep up the great work Zion and thank you again for everything today. You never know just how much difference a smile and positive attitude can make in someone’s day.

We went here this past Sunday and it was really good! Now they were out of my go to which is the loaded potato but I tried the smoked chicken and it was great. This place is great if you have a gluten allergy, half the menu is gluten free and it is all delicious. I also had the potato salad and baked beans (they brought me mac and cheese first by accident and let my husband eat it since I couldn’t) and they were great! My husband had the brisket sandwich and mac and cheese and he had no complaints as well. Our server was great very sweet, and I couldn’t eat them but my husband took out a whole basket of those cheese biscuits and they looked so good!

We had great service tonight. Jalan was one of the best waiters we’ve ever had. He was very respectful in the way he spoke to us, very prompt in checking on us, and went above and beyond to take care of us. We didn’t have to ask for a refill at all. He made sure to send us home with fresh drinks to go and enough delicious biscuits for all of us. The food came out quickly and it was so good.

-Complimentary Rolls are so soft and taste amazing
-Onions rings are made in house; very good. Break to the bite.
-Deviled Eggs, very good with a bit of sweetness (I want more)
-Brisket was good, just good
-Jalapeño cheese sausage had a really good flavor but the casing was tough.
-Spare ribs were tough; the waitress replaced the 2 I had left with fresh, moist ones- not bad just good
-Potato salad tasted good but a tad too mushy for me; i prefer potatoes to be tender but still have a distinct bite
-Baked beans were just that, baked beans
-Macaroni is very good
– Banana pudding was possibly the best Saylor and I have had. So Scrumptious (I want more)
Shelly our server was very sweet and attentive. She offered to replace the 2 remaining dry ribs for 2 fresh, hot moist ribs

Me and my wife came in at 7:45pm and they closed at 9. First time ever eating in. This place is wonderful. We both ate the OG turkey sandwich w/ honey mustard. I was pleased.. The sides., they were awesome as well, collard greens & fries I ate it & Mac/cheese & potato salad my wife ate. GO TRY IT! Chris the server was great. Positive attitude, and great energy.
