I had the best experience ever! This is the best Chili’s in Dallas! I came in an hour before close on Sunday and the staff was so helpful. The bartender, and food runner were working as an amazing team. My server Adrianna never let my drinks get more than half way empty and the food came out awesome. I will be back.

We had such a great experience at this Chili’s! The manager Cory was incredibly attentive and made sure we were well taken care of the entire time. The staff was so friendly, worked seamlessly as a team, and truly went above and beyond to make our lunch enjoyable. Our food came out fresh, hot, and delicious — exactly what you hope for when dining out.

We really enjoyed coming here for lunch and will definitely be back. Highly recommend this location for excellent service and great quality! 🙂

We really enjoyed our lunch experience today. The service was exceptional; the staff was remarkably friendly and highly attentive. We were promptly greeted by our server and I appreciated the manager, Cory’s, personal introduction. I especially appreciated the frequent check-ins, demonstrating outstanding service even during the height of the lunch rush. This location definitely cares about their customers!

When my friends and I walked in around 12 p.m. on Saturday, the place was empty. We were coming from a wedding. When we first arrived, we asked for a table for four. The hostess with glasses and a half-shaved head seemed confused about where to seat us, as if we couldn’t be seated with the rest of the people in the establishment. My friends and I are people of color, and we were sectioned off and seated in a separate area with a Black woman waitress. There is nothing wrong with that, but the way it was handled felt like racial profiling. Once we sat down, our waitress seemed confused by our appearance, since some of us were wearing hijabs and some were not. I believe she was confused because some of us were ordering drinks and food that included bacon. I told our waitress, Sharkeisha, that we had just come from an Islamic wedding. She then said to my friend whose hijab kept sliding, “Oh okay, I was confused because you didn’t give Muslim, you gave hood, and I can read energy.” After these two uncomfortable encounters, we noticed that white patrons were being seated away from us. The staff went above and beyond for the white customers, but not for us, which is very disappointing, especially in 2026. Everybody should be treated fairly, regardless of their color.

Corey the manager was very attentive to everyone there this evening. This was my family and I’s first time in Texas. On a first night we needed something quick and reliable, so we chose chilis. Everything was great and the service was wonderful. TT was our waiter and she was the sweetest. Thank you for the hospitality and service.

From the moment we walked in the door the energy gave incompetent and a waste of time. Being a huge fan of the Cajun pasta, we convinced ourselves to stick it out only to discover a new menu. Decided to go with the new bacon chicken ranch nachos and overall wasn’t a bad experience thus was expecting QUESO (liquid) and received shredded cheese. Shredded cheese wasn’t on the menu so I had to request for a side of queso that made the dish more enjoyable. From the host being on their phones to our server taking a restroom break that made us wait longer than expected to be greeted. This was not a good experience
