I bought the potato with steak chicken shrimp onions and bell peppers on Saturday 7/26/25 I didn’t know that they open on Sunday and I bought it back today 7/28/25 and the lady told me that they couldn’t take it back because it was 3 days old I count eat the food because it was burnt they was rushing too fix my food and just thru something together and I paid almost $17.00 for some burnt food that I couldn’t eat, they can really see the food was burnt and it had too be if I didn’t eat it, they I said call the owner the lady told me the owner don’t like too be bothered when he off, if y’all would of fix my food right the first time it would of been ok

This places food is not worth this amount. It’s tasteless and inconsistent with flavor and portions. There is a Chinese restaurant 23 miles from this restaurant. I’d recommend going there instead.

We were seated promptly, and our drink and food orders were taking & served in a timely manner.
We ordered two Micheladas, and they were Massive!
We ordered the Paradila Especial, and it had a ln amazing assortment of meats and Guac, and sour cream! The portion of the meat and veggies was YUGE!!
I practically had 2 full meals for a single person’s order!

They have the best salsa and queso dip!! Karaoke on Friday nights! Food and entertainment has been great every time I’ve been here. Parking all around the building and you can just park down the street when the lot gets full. The restaurant staff are very friendly and very attentive to their customers.

Food is great, service is good, several things need to be addressed in my opinion tho. Karaoke is not my thing, I like to eat and conversate with the people I’m sitting with and not try to talk over someone sounding like a dieing dog. I like to eat in peace with a little conversation. The AC don’t work half the time and it’s hot in the restaurant. If your seated in the front the sun will blind you and you will cook if your sitting next the windows, they need to be tinted and bullet holes fixed.
Overall, it’s a good place to eat in the Winter time and before 7pm and dog calling starts and the guy walking around to every table trying to get you to sing.

Unfortunately I had a bad experience.
Poor costumer service. Our waitress wasn’t interested on serving us and lack of attention.
I he the food came out for the table, it came at different times and some of our food was cold.
My chile relleno was chewy and it felt like I was eating something rubbery.
I didn’t eat it and I ordered tacos instead.
I will not be back.

This place is AMAZING! We evacuated to Prentiss from New Orleans for Hurricane Ida & hotel was substandard so finding this restaurant was a high point! Shrimp, steak & chicken dishes were all fresh & delicious. We ate ALL our meals there so tried many menu items–all were well-prepared. Do NOT leave without having the fried ice cream.

Checked out this hidden gem and man, they did NOT disappoint!!!! Absolutely amazing food and amazing service! The owner and waitress were very sincere and kind!! I went in to order. The place was very clean and well decorated! If you’re in this area, definitely check them out! They get an 11 out of 10!!!!

this place is GREAT! 😀 i forgot to add a review a year or two ago back when my family and I evacuated from Ida in 2021, but i was just drooling thinking about it again! we accidentally found ourselves here w some misdirections, but im so glad we did bc this place is a GEM.
their chicken was great! im autistic and can be very picky with the food i eat, and i cannot even express to you how relieved i was that their food was this good. i cant tell you much about the other dishes, but my siblings and grandma seemed to really love them! I believe we also got dessert and it was good? but i can’t factcheck that, bc its been almost 2 years.
anyways, super amazing place as you can tell, considering im writing this so long after coming and have still been thinking abt it on occasion lol. IF YOU EVER HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY, 100% try their food. you wont regret it 🙂
